One star is a stretch. We were assigned this provider by our insurance 2 years ago and walked in for the first time today.
Not sure why they accept our insurance if they don’t know how to identify or bill.
Long story short, this group doesn’t care, and the level of care we received at the front desk is a huge red light as to what’s going on through the whole practice.
Called our insurance immediately and changed providers. (the reviews for this practice are scathing, I should have done better homework).

The most unprofessional group of medical professionals that I’ve ever seen in my life. The only person at that office that is good is the front office staff, and I pray for her sanity having to work with a doctor like that. They schedule everyone’s appointments at the same time and don’t see anyone as scheduled. We arrived at 11 for an 11 o’clock appointment. At 12pm we all saw the doctor leave the building. She didn’t call a single patient back from the time I got there until 1:15. ONE PATIENT. At 2:20 I was called back and told my son couldn’t be seen because they didn’t have the vaccinations available he needed for kindergarten. How is it that we were scheduled for vaccination and I didn’t realize they didn’t have the correct vaccinations until four hours after our appointment? Absolutely ridiculous service. Everyone in the entire office was going to the same situation as I was and everyone was complaining. Someone stated that they had came two days prior for an 11 o’clock appointment and waited till 4 o’clock and still had not been seen so they rescheduled twice before deciding they would never come again.DO NOT USE THIS PHYSICIAN.

Hello I had very bad experience at Dr.Mitchelle office. I took my mother there of which thats her doctor. We had an appointment that Friday and i took her there it was over 10 people sitting in her office complaining and waiting on her. So i schedule another appointment for that following Monday and went at about 10 was there allday then when we was there her husband overlooked my mom stating that he called her but didnt . And her husband apologize for his mistake. As of t oday i checked the mail and it was a letter stating that she want my mom to find another doctor because im her care giver and i supposedly threatened to call the board on her. Shes very overwhelmed and everybody complains about how shes always late. She upset because im not going to allow her to talk to me nor my mom any type of way. Thanks to one of the ladies that was there speaking up for me when her husband try talk bad of me
Yes the Facility is unprofessional and she always late. Bad experience with Dr. MICHELLE. I WILL SEND A COMPLAINT IN.

The doctors and staff were very kind. What you would expect from a low population country area. Southern hospitality and what not. But they get 1 star because of the knowledge of their services to insurance. I asked them many questions since I havent seen a doctor in a long time and it's for the reasons I'm about to explain. When I wanted to make sure I'm doing alright blood wise, because I feel like I'm developing carpal tunnel or arthritis in my hands. They recommended blood work. I asked if my insurance covers this, and dont want to do this if my insurance doesnt fully cover this. Three times before we drew blood to the doctor and nurses. I dont want this. Well now I have a huge lab Corp bill due from blood work. So thanks. Real nice. Screw this place. I'm going to start recording my visits from now on.
