Go at your own risk! My family have attempted to use this office as our PCP for some time now and we're finished with the attempts. They appear to be the better local option, but you're vastly better off going out of town. The office staff are typically no better in attitude than the punk teen working fast-food stereotype; likely wait a few months and you'll never see them again. Calling the office is beyond a chore regardless of the time of day. The nurses are very hit and miss as their mood sometimes dictates their bed side manner more than anything (which is still fair compared to other offices we've been too). However, finding time for the actual Physicians seems near impossible. While they are often competent, that's about it. If you have long term or life long things that is beyond your control, you will need to be seen way too often simply to have your prescription renewed even though nothing else has, will or could change (so you'll be wasting money on the office visit simply because they rarely prescribe something beyond 3 months). The worst is that you'll often be seen by the PA and they are beyond worthless. They will delegate to the nurse staff to avoid you, they will not listen to your input about symptoms, they will almost always never send in prescriptions they state you need and their bed side manner is that of the room you're placed in (basically nothing). If they would spend more focus on your care instead of ensuring you see ads for whatever product they are currently shilling, then it may be different. Simply put, avoid this place if you value your health and/or wallet.

They were able to see me quicker than any other Dr. in town. The Dr. showed that she cared and recommended the appropriate test. We were able to diagnose my 7-8 Mil kidney stone using the CT results she requested from AZ Tech. Who also helped me quickly.

I hear the staff is horrible and rood but wanted a Dr. in Maricopa. This is the first time I got a reply that they were not taking any new customers. They did not want to even check my insurance to see if I could ever go there. Amazing how these people stay in business. Maybe it was a good thing for me.

Unable to make an appointment as nobody answers the phone. As a potential "new patient" its very obvious that your office wont have time for my medical needs. Red Flags. I was on hold over 10 minutes just to see about becoming a new patient. No thank you.
