Horrible people at front desk. No compassion. Did not even get to see a doctor in order to review one.

They are so slow, they turn away potential patients if you are late signing in. And with me I could not get to the clipboard because this person was standing there resting her arms on it talking away for a very long time.

I am 69 years old, have had many doctors in my lifetime. Have NEVER been treated so badly. Receptionists are very cold and rude.

I opted to continue with my doctor in Chandler. Worth the drive.

I have seen Dr. Stoeckmann for years and I have always enjoyed being her patient. She genuinely cares about her patients well-being. Brittany is also great whenever I have seen her. I also really like their online portal to see your information and test results whenever you want to rather than calling in for them. It makes life much easier.

Do not bother... Drove an hour each way rush hour for appointment. Walked in at 9:05 and signed in 9:07 for a 9:30 appt. They refused to see me because not enough time for paperwork. They wouldn't even let me try to finish but chose to argue instead and waste more time. Front office loves to argue and repeat " I'm only the messenger". Yet you can't get any farther and talk to anyone else.

Brittany was there but would not talk to me. Perhaps she needs a new career that does not deal with people.
I wasn't late AND and I was willing to wait. They already had my insurance info.

This is just the type of medical care I do not want for me or my family. My opinion is to avoid the frusteration and lack of compassion.

NO BEDSIDE MANNERS!! I do not like to complain or throw anybody under the bus so i will not mention this specific Drs name. However, many of my friends and family have suggested I file a complaint. I brought my 16 year old son into the office for some symptoms and the doctor decided to run a blood test, the blood test results showed elevated blood cells and elevated liver enzymes. This doctor then requested another set of labs which again showed elevated blood cells. I was notified by the front office that this doctor had referred him to a specialist and that I need to come into the office to pick up the paper referral. After i was handed this piece of paper and went to make the appointment for my son, that's when I noticed he had been referred to a hematology/oncologist with a diagnosis of polycythemia (a rare blood cancer). I was never called in or sat down by any doctor to explain what this was. I was at the mercy of Google and my whole world collapsed thinking that my 16 year old son has cancer,. Who does this to a mother, her son and family? Who mindlessly hands somebody a piece of paper with this diagnosis? Needless to say I was unable to work for days, my whole family is in tears and all of my friends are also in tears praying for my son. I went into the doctor to address the situation and was told that he probably does not have it. I don't know if that made matters worse but at that point I had lost complete confidence in this doctor's ability to be honest. It turns out my son had dehydration. This has been the most emotional roller coaster and scare of my entire life as a mother and for my 16 year old son also. I am grateful for the results to show he does not have cancer, but still feel that this was an inhumane way to treat a patient let alone another human being. I will never bring my family to this practice again!!!

Had an appointment with Dr. Schatzki two weeks ago. Really really enjoy his demeanor, and love the low pressure approach to medicine that he takes. It was quick and respectful of my time, without ever feeling like I was being rushed through. Would absolutely recommend.

I have been very happy with Dr. Macko. It is his front desk that I can no longer tolerate. Recently I showed up late for an appointment and was scolded by the young lady at the front desk. Rarely do you see a smile or a welcoming face from them. They have also been very slow to approve medications to Walgreens.

I have been a patient of Dr. Schotzky for about 13 years. For the past 5 at least it has been more detrimental to my blood pressure dealing with the front desk, billing, and scheduling. My copay has never changed yet they still screw it up every visit!

Practice has been going downhill for, at least, 9 yes. They were good at first. Definitely look elsewhere for a PCP. Just because they are local, the office staff and doctors are horrible and you'd be better traveling into South Phoenix for a PCP.
