Money pit that is all this house is. 6 yr. old AC already went bad. It has a leak some where in a 6 yr old unit someone had to have known about it now i know why the owner was so eager to get rid of this house. If i could resell it i would to get out from under it. Terrible mess.

After our home was for sale for over a year with Coldwell Banker, we decided to go with RaJane. Thank God we did...she sold our home in less than 2 weeks! We were finally able to move back home to VA. It was a big mistake on our part not listing with RaJane in the first place. She didn't just list our home in the MLS and sit back while other realtors showed our house to buyers who couldn't even get a bank loan, like Coldwell Banker did...RaJane actually got out there and actively found a qualified buyer! Wonderful realtor! We recommend her highly!!

Poor excuse of life. These people do not honor contracts. They are rude and inconsiderate. Do not recommend buying anything through these people we recently closed on our house they removed the items that went with the house and said they did not have to honor those items. I'm disgusted with such poor business ethics we will be filing a claim against these people.

Over the last several years, i have had the privilege of working with Rajane and her husband Mark on many projects. As a home inspector, i am exposed to a lot of agents but Rajane is definitively at the top of her game. Good business woman, fair to a fault and a genuine Southern Lady. I try my best to be impartial, but she stands in my top five favorites. Five stars is the most i can give, but i'd like to do better. Listing or Selling, Rajane deserves your attention when you are looking for a hard working, productive real estate professional.
