I have a family member residing at this facility for several months now and we are beyond happy with the care being provided.
Our family would like to give a big thank you to the wonderful staff on the 100 hall.
The aides that are standouts are Isaac, Natalia, Essie and David. They are always kind and attentive.
Nurses Andrew & Stacey have been wonderful and caring.
The activity department goes above and beyond.
Of course the food could be better but I believe this is typical in most LTC facilities.
We highly recommend this facility.

This place has been a journey for me, with both good and bad experiences.

My father was recently placed here, faced many health challenges, and ultimately passed away. I am grateful that the facility was able to accommodate him, but I felt that the medical provider often lacked empathy beyond textbook diagnoses. Or perhaps they didn’t have the capacity to.

When families are faced with difficult decisions for a loved one, it can be overwhelming to navigate multiple opinions and layers of care. During this process, I did not always feel supported by the providers. Instead, it sometimes felt like the focus was primarily on moving him to hospice rather than walking alongside us with compassion.

While I recognize the challenges that come with caring for residents with complex needs, I wish there had been more empathy and guidance to help families through such an emotional time. After he passed away, I heard nothing (not even a condolence) from anyone except a nurse, which was appreciated. I wasn’t expecting any, but silence really speaks to my earlier point. Just makes you feel like they just quickly move on and that’s it.

Otherwise. the place was alright. Generally clean, staffed, and I felt others who worked with him more frequently than the providers had genuine concern for his health and needs. Would I recommend it? Sure? But advocate for their health, get a primary health doctor if you can, and really make you communicate your feelings about their care at any opportunity if something feels off.

My mother is currently here to rehabilitate after a hospital stay with a goal of going home in 3 weeks. The staff are responsive, kind and listen. Any concerns I've had have been addressed in a timely manner and we feel good about where we are at in the process. The occupational and physical therapy team are supportive and encouraging. The food isn't the best but I'm certain it is better than others and they have alternate options for each meal.

I removed my loved one as fast as I could from here!!! Do not send your loved one here if you want them to recover! Most staff are rude, condescending and no empathy for what people are going through. (We had one really good one) No air conditioning and it was the hottest week of the year - 80 degrees in a small room. Long response times to where I had to go out and look for help myself on numerous occasions - And even then, no urgency!!! The last day she was there, she had to sit in her own feces for an hour and a half!!!!!! I have no idea how they are allowed to keep their doors open. One patient was repeatedly begging for help with hours of waiting. They have many documented complaints/reports with the state along with terrible reviews! Food is terrible and had to bring in our own food. This was an absolute nightmare!!!!

My Uncle James absolutely loves this facility! From the very beginning, he’s been treated with so much care, kindness, and respect. A special shoutout to the best nurse ever, Atrionna, and to Gabe—you both went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and well taken care of every step of the way. The Social Service team here is truly wonderful, and the therapy department has been amazing in supporting his recovery. We are so grateful for the compassion and professionalism everyone has shown. Thank you, Agility, for making such a difference in his life!
