Completely UNSATISFIED! How is it you have your appointment at a certain time, but yet you don't see the doctor until 2 hours later?! 😡 Not to mention the front desk staff, when you ask them a question, they don't know how to answer a simple question no wonder they have a computer monitor in the reception window, so that you don't ask them anything. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that?!

This is a highly unprofessional place. The entire staff is unresponsive and rude. They never answer the phone or give appropriate wait times (because they schedule appointments during times that the doctor is not even in the building).
More issues in terms terms of professionalism; the “we’re open” sign is always forgotten about so it looks like the office is closed when it isn’t, the equipment is highly outdated and should be replaced/upgraded, the doctor takes leaves/ vacations without giving proper notifications, and the receptionists seem as though they received no training in good customer service (if they received any training at all).

You know, I read the comments and what I can say today that staff is great! Yeah sometimes they don't answer the phone it's because it's always busy so I wouldn't give a star less for that. Mrs. Estrella also is a wonderful lady! I love her, she really cares about your health, build a relationship with those who care for you and the relationship will be awesome 💯🙏 I give them all a high 5

If I could give negative stars that is what I would do. Trying to make an appt for my Uncle with a rude abrupt impatient person was impossible. They seriously need to take customer service classes, or at the very least learn some manners! Very Unprofessional front desk!

The receptionists was so rude,, no good patient relationship,, and they don’t answer the phone they will just hang up on you! Why in the first place you got that job ,,, you 2 don’t belong in there,, you don’t even give a smile as a welcome gesture ,,good thing that these patients still coming to your clinic even those 2 receptionists needs to take some training in etiquette .. Dr. Aguinaldo you need to change your receptionists ,,, even you’re a good Doctor,, they’re ruining your image,, and the reflection of your office,,, get rid of them,,!!!

The worst ever had. She dosen’t have no respect for her clients.. The last time I was waiting three hours. She doesn't even have an answering machine. One day I called 20 times without being able to communicate. An answering machine comes out saying to call later because they are busy.

One of the worst doctors and doctor’s offices I have ever been to. I will be requesting a new one. Horrible experience, so many things wrong with this place and I walked out feeling so much worse about myself as I still do... I am not just writing a review due to that. I should have read reviews before I came. Never again. Avoid this place if you damn well can and trust the one star reviews.
