This center is so accommodating and everyone here is so respectful and helpful. This might sound silly to some, but I have a severe phobia of getting my blood drawn (I panic / pass out). Tristine has been doing it for me for a while now and not only is she professional and efficient at getting it done, but she goes out of her way to make me feel safe, talks to me like a friend and doesn't judge me at all. On my last visit I began to pass out and she literally helped me up, fanned me and talked me back to normal, then we just laughed. So yeah awesome clinic and big shout out to Tristine for being amazing!

This place is awesome. A serious upgrade from their previous offices at the Hollywood Presbyterian. Very spacious and clean office, plenty of seating. Amazing staff, they're all very friendly and informative from the receptionist to the medical team. Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon and I was the only one there, got out in less than 30 minutes 😊

Easy, accessible, and friendly staff. The waits do take awhile, but great having access to services when between health insurance carriers. Can’t comment on the quality of other AHF locations, but grateful for the services provided here. I waited about 45mins-1hr to chat with a counselor. Test results are some of the fastest I’ve seen, getting them within two days of testing. Even if you can’t afford regular visits, recommend donating when you can.

This location is awesome! Very pleasant ambiance, kind and wonderful staff, and simple check in with existing Healthvana account. Thank you Miguel for the super smooth blood draw! 🙏 I often have issues but he found one of my small veins quickly and efficiently! I so appreciate this resource to stay on top of my health.

I wish the person at the front desk was better at explaining the process and could have saved me waiting over an hour+ in line for a simple rapid test which resulted in many people who came after me being called BEFORE me. There should be better transparency for first time visitors. I would have gone to the location in West Hollywood had I know this would take so long.

Maddeningly hard to take an appointment during workday given unpredictable and often long wait times about which front desk makes clear they are not only helpless but indifferent. The services are free / affordable and useful when you finally get them!
