The staff was delightful, friendly and professional. Made my first time experience amazing! I was ready to go to emergency room but glad I opted out to urgent care! Dr. Aryoso is very knowledgeable, direct and very informal. He made sure all my questions were answered before I left his office! Ema was so wonderful and thank you for my daughters stickers. It was what we talked about the whole ride home! Keep up the great work ladies and Gentleman. You are appreciated!

All staff were friendly and caring. I especially appreciated the heads-up for 2-hour wait on Super Bowl Sunday. It gave me the choice to wait or leave. My choice to stay was the most exceptional decision. I met the most caring and knowledgeable Dr Mark Robinson. He was thorough and enlisted Solena to assist in completing his assessments. Solena was amazing and also very caring. I highly recommend AIMS Urgent Care.

I have been to the clinic (three times), and urgent care (twice) nearby, so I'm reviewing both. I recommend not going to this place, unless you are absolutely desperate. At the clinic, they have insane office rules when you are to be there (especially when you have ALREADY filled out the paper work they mail to you for your initial visit). The office manager simply needs to be fired. On top of this, I NEVER ONCE saw Dr. Zaidi, but instead saw the medical gaslighting nurse practitioner that clearly doesn't have enough training (that a doctor has) to deal with complex medical issues.

I had one good doctor over at the urgent care that actually listened and cared about what I had to say. But which doctor you get there is a lottery. The other doctor over at the urgent was an absolute idiot (and unprofessional), discussing my medical issues in the front office when I had a simple request they could have easily done. And he didn't even do my simple request, because of some absurd rule he pulled out of "you-know-where." For the sake of your own health, especially if you have complex health problems, stay away from this place.

The wait time was reasonable. The staff were very patient and pleasant. The nurse practitioner who saw me took the time to explain me my situation and although I don’t have many options she was thorough with explaining me my diagnosis. She also explain to me other health concerns I had and hear my concerns without rushing me out like my primary doctor usually does . Thanks for the care.

Although my treatment was good. The Dr was friendly. However when I was contacted for my results I don't know who the person was but he had no phone couth. I understand my results came out the way they did but he offered no resolution or even asked if I was still in pain( which I am). So maybe they need someone with more patient empathy and etiquette returning calls!!

Excellent place to get urgent care. Convenient location, no crowded waiting room and compassionate staff. I am glad they opened this urgent care facility. I had issues with the previous urgent care provider so this is great.
