I arrived on time and the staff was excellent. Janet was amazing. She was super knowledgeable about the process, very personable and friendly. She did a great job of explaining everything to me and I left feeling like I was a pro with my equipment. 10/10 would recommend again.

My problem with this office in Jeffersonville has been the worst experience ever! They have got to be the rudest people in all the medical supply companies. After paying off my machine they still check to see if I'm using it every night. I don't think that is any of their business anymore because my Doctor takes care of that now. It was difficult to get a call back and God forbid if you keep calling back for medical supplies your ignored even longer. I would recommend you find a different company to assist you rather than this company. I should have read their ratings before I gave them my business. Beware of this company, find another reputable one with good ratings. I wish I would have known better.

They take my "monthly" payment when they feel like it...three times in one month. After my rental time is up I will never deal with them again. No notice given....bank accounts beware ! i would give negative stars if I could,

They have been very challenging to deal with. I ordered my unit and headgear from them, and they said I had to "rent" the unit for a few months to prove I was going to use it. I asked for how long and they said a few months but to call them back and when they could show the insurance company I was using it nightly they could get it switched over. I called and left messages several times, and they never called back. I finally got in touch with them after I almost spent as much in "rent" as the unit cost, and they said "Oh, we were about to call you to let you know that the next payment will be your last." They also would take a payment out of my account one month, then not take one the next, then take 2 the next month, etc. My account even showed they took one in March for October the month before. VERY unorganized and unprofessional. But you better believe they call me FREQUENTLY to see if I want to order any more supplies, although they tell me they can't get my headgear anymore. I'm done with them...they are worse than Apria Healthcare.

This has got to be the worst company to do business with, Their Customer Service is so unprofessional at dealing with issues. Im totally confused as to what I paid for. and why I still have to pay.. Anthem was on the phone with us, and was under the impression that they only allowed 10 months rental fees, then I owned the machine. Well I received an email from Jillian that my last payment was for May 30th... Which i had taken out of my Checking account on June 8h.. they got their money,, BUT alas, I still owe 2 more payments..... according to them. SO I told them I'm packing the machine up,, taking it back to AIR CARE< and they can shove it.... and that s exactly what I intend to do.. Steer Clear of this company, they are complete idiots! I would give them zero stars, but i had to click on something to be able to make my post!

These people, and the Aerocare Company, have treated me so poorly. It's as if they don't WANT to sell you supplies. They don't keep records. Their billing is extraordinarily questionable. When you call corporate, you get the runaround, provided they answer the phone. The entire operation is bizarre. It's not just me. A coworker and my aunt both have gone through this with Aerocare as well. Currently waiting for the company to call me back. And waiting.

Cannot stress enough how awesome it was to deal with the jeffersonville crew. Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Made my experience and transition to a new Cpap easy and even enjoyable. Highly reccomend this company for anyone's sleep apnea needs! Shoutout to Stacy and Janet for all their hard work

Very disappointed. Changed Dr. so had to change CPAP provider. Have tried 3 times to make appt for mask try on and have waited a week each time with no call back. Was told it should only take a day for a call back. Worst service I've ever had and I'm still waiting for a call back.
