I’ve worked with Airlife Medical for 20+ years for all of my medical equipment needs, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, along with the owner, Rick, who goes above and beyond to ensure our patients are taken care of.

The deliveries are prompt, and the drivers are professional, courteous, and ensure the patients know how to use the equipment properly. The quality of the equipment is top-notch, and I’ve been told that it has made a significant difference in comfort and mobility.

What truly sets Airlife Medical apart is their exceptional customer service. They follow up to make sure everything is working well and that our patients are satisfied with their purchase. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers.

I highly recommend Airlife Medical to anyone in need of durable medical equipment. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is unmatched. Thank you for making this process so much easier!

My grandfather was recently put on 100% oxygen after 5 stints were put in his heart and over 5 liters of fluids were drained from in and around his lungs, over the course of 2 months. I had to bring him home with nothing but a generator that wasn't staying on like it should have. He ended up needing all the tanks they sent (6 small and 1 large emergency tank.) to preface, we live out in the country and one tank isn't enough to get us into town. (This is gonna be long...) From my initial conversations with them, I thought they would be a great fit for us. It started when I'd speak to one person who had to leave a message for someone else and the call would never be returned. We were told the oxygen would be delivered and there was a small hassle with the regulator (it makes the oxygen come out every 3 seconds, rather than continuously like the other one.) but we were assured it'd be coming Friday. It's now Tuesday and my grandfather still has no oxygen tanks. When no one showed up on Friday she said it was cuz they tried to call and no one answered..(rich coming from them) I told her we had no food and he couldn't leave until they came, obviously hes not going anywhere. We reluctantly rescheduled for Monday. "Monday I'll call u in the morning and u'll have them all (6 bigger tanks, e tank ["we'll refill it for free this time but anytime after that is $15"] and the regulator)." Monday rolls around and guess who doesn't call until 4:45? Treating me with an attitude, like it was my fault they didn't come. It wasn't my proudest moment. I'm frustrated. I'm supposed to care for my grandpa and keep him oxygenated when we leave and I can't so I gave the attitude right back. She AGAIN said she'd call today and ur seeing one star cuz obviously she didn't. How can one company just let their customers go cuz "we don't have a route out that way". U DO NOW LADY! cuz someone doesn't feel like driving out this way?! This should be medical neglect at this point. Now, on top of finding out I have cervical cancer, I need to call around and find new medical equipment and another company that actually gives a crap if my grandpa breaths, before his appt on the 30th. "If u go with another company, be sure to call us so we can get our equipment back." Sure babes, ILL CALL U TOMORROW! (They can find a driver to come get their equipment? That's what they were trying to do all along. I should MAKE them equipt my grandpa. Might get bitter and have him be a regular route...nothing but time for it now. It just makes me wonder how long their loved ones need to wait for breathable air. I know it isn't a week, couped up in their house, yelling at them for being useless and not making sure to call the oxygen place... Guess I'll have a busy day tomorrow...i know who won't be busy, according to half these reviews...i don't even leave 1 stars but, honey...today? Nahhhh lemme complain about something...

I believe in referring customers/families to companies that are going to go above and beyond for their clients. As a health care worker, I refer as many of my customers as possible to Airlife Medical because of the way they have treated me and my daughter during our own medical emergency. When you feel like the world is collapsing around you because you have gone through something traumatic, they were there to assist with anything that we needed. I truly appreciate them and everything they do for not only me but for my customers as well. Thank you Craig, Rick and the office staff for all that you do.

I was looking at my cameras when I saw them leaving trash in the front yard.
Two guys came today Aug 7, 2024 to pick up a wheelchair we had, they took it to the back of their van, clean it and then loaded the chair, close the back door and the passenger got in the passenger side, still with the bottle and cloth they used to clean the chair in his hands, he close the door but then open it, got out with the bottle and cloth, went to the back, open the rear door, left the bottle, close the door, he still had the cloth in his hand, he then open the passenger door, I couldn't see the cloth anymore, he close the door and they left. I went out to were they were and found the cloth on the grass.
Why?
Take your trash with you and throw it in the proper containers. I'm pretty sure they could be fined for throwing trash outside. So rude.
Please teach your employees not to leave trash behind, maybe put a small trash can in the vans.

Reply to owner:
We did call, right after it happened, you guys apologized and said will talk to these employees, however, the employees should have been sent back to pick up the cloth, it teaches them better than a talk. I would have added starts if that happened.
