Our Midmark 11 autoclave had been giving us several error numbers, was "repaired" by Henry Schein a couple of times, paid a lot of money, and the autoclave was still malfunctioning. We decided to give AKW Medical a try and we are very satisfied with the service. During the repair they gave us a free loaner autoclave. Our repaired Midmark 11 is just working fine!

I tried to email AKW Medical about equipment by email but gave up due to "I'm Not a Robot". I spent 5 minutes going through traffic lights, crosswalks, bicycles, motorcycles, buses, etc and it never stopped. I'm sorry but that robot check is a joke and insulting. If my time is not worth anything to these people there is plenty Medical suppliers in town.
