I called in with an urgent health concern on Thursday and they fit me in the following Tuesday. The staff were friendly, coordinated and honest with me! They were also professional. Everyone I interacted with was SO amazing! I do want to shout out Faith ( I believe that was her name?) who drew my blood. It's been years since I had such an easy time with getting my blood drawn!
I will warn to not call after hours though; I received Julie on the phone and she dismissed my question without really hearing me, which was upsetting given I was just asking how long bloodwork takes to come back. Just wait for them to be in office before you call. Still an overall absolutely wonderful experience for me!

Horrible. Claimed to be open from 9 to 1 on Saturday, had a pretty distressing issue that needed addressing and no one was there, door was locked, lights on, hours on door say 9 to 1, google says they’re open, their welcome sign is up, here I am not having a clue what to do. At least put a closed sign up so I wouldn’t just be banging on the door hoping someone was actually there for 15 mins considering it looked open and the situation.

There was a little bit of a mix up at my appointment, and my nurse went above and beyond to fix the issue—she even worked through her lunch break to get it resolved. I think her name started with an L, and she was a Black woman with short hair. I wish I remembered her name to give her proper recognition, but she was absolutely wonderful. It was very clear she cares for her patients!

My Doctor visit went well Dr.McAdams is my Doctor is real good at what he does seems to care about me and all his patients his is very concerned about our health and that's good news to have a Doctor that cares and Alabama Regional Medical is a very good Health care provider for the people of Alabama and Birmingham.

They Never Answer the phone, I've been trying to get a referral from this office 2 weeks my other doctor ?‍⚕️ have been trying to contact them!! Awful!!! Unacceptable!!!!
