Leaving a review for a friend that called me earlier today in tears after having an awful experience at this facility. She had an appt at 2:20pm and 1:20 later she still hadn’t been seen. My friend is a mother of 2 young boys and can’t afford to send them to summer camp so she had no choice but to bring her 2 boys to her appointment. She was given dirty looks by front desk staff, when she asked where the NP was she was told she’s not special. Was told she had to wait for an indefinite period of time. She left there without being seen because her two boys were acting like kids and the office staff was not helpful at all!!
No one should have to wait this long to see their practitioner! No one should be made felt inadequate because their kids are acting up in such situations.

Dr. Alaina was incredible. I knew my appointment would be with her rather than my PC, and even though it was my first time meeting her, I wasn’t worried. Everything went even better than I’d expect and I really enjoyed being treated by her. She is extremely knowledgable and intelligent, yet she speaks in understandable terms at the same time. I felt like she really listened to my concerns and took everything into consideration while making her suggestions. She was proactive in ordering specific bloodwork for me and reassured me that I could easily get an appointment with her, even for tele-health, without a long wait. I’m SO glad she’s an NP at my doctor!

Was very pleased to get a quick appt with Alaina since I had been feeling sick. She listened to my concerns and addressed them quickly. Alaina understood my needs and made sure I had the best outcome. She is very personable and doesn't make you feel less than when you have questions.

This P.A. was the only one working the first time I saw her, on a day where many sick patients filled the waiting room. She was so personable, thorough and still took the time to listen to my complaints and act accordingly ordering the necessary tests and so forth.
