My Uncle has total hearing loss in one ear and requires a hearing aid in the other. When he received his hearing aid Ezra activated it for him. She made sure it was comfortable and tuned just for him. She has a wonderful personality and displayed a lot of knowledge in the process. She wears hearing aids and that works to connect with her patients. It was a great positive experience and my Uncle is looking forward to the next visit. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoy being a patient with Alamance Audiology!
I have been going there since the end of 2020 and can’t say enough good things. They have helped me immensely with my hearing aid journey. I recently had to send them out and was able to have them back within a couple days! Very surprised and grateful as I work in the OR and need them at work. Thank you Alamance Audiology!

I had an appointment with John Ballance yesterday to get established and I could not be happier with how my visit went! John took the time to check my hearing aids thoroughly and made some changes that made a difference in the fit and function. Robin, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and was even able to get me an appointment due to a last minute cancellation. If you are looking for an audiologist in the Burlington area, look no further.

Dr. Pelkey has been a true gift to our family. Her kindness, patience, and competence have helped my husband and I to get just the right hearing aids for each of us and to use them as effectively as possible.

.Sherry Pelletier is the greatest! I've been going here and getting hearing aids from them for 20 years. They are all great but Sherry is beyond amazing! She doesn't try to sell you things you don't need, she truly tells you what is best for you. Can't say enough great things about her!

I have been so very pleased with my care at Alamance Ear Nose, and Throat. The staff there has always gone above and beyond to provide me with professional care and personal concern. I am a veteran. The staff there encouraged me and helped me work through the VA system to qualify for the VA Community Care program. Dr. Pelkey, Dr. Byrd, and Dr. McQueen have been wonderful resources as I have dealt with my tinnitus and hearing loss. Great folks!!!
