I can not say enough good things about my experience at Ala Med. After having a terrible experience with a different home medical equipment provider, I called Deborah at Ala Med right before closing time and explained my situation. She told me exactly what she needed from me to get the process started for a CPAP machine. She called me back first thing the next morning and was ready for me to come get my CPAP machine. Once in the office she took time to explain everything about my machine and made sure I understood. Deborah is a lifesaver and I highly recommend Ala Med.

After a terrible experience with another home health provider, I did some research when it came time to get a new CPAP. The difference was like night and day! AlaMed's folks (Deborah and Walt) were so amazing. They went out of their way to be helpful. When I picked up my CPAP, they made sure that I fully understood everything about my new equipment and checked the fit of my mask. When a question came up afterwards, they were responsive and extremely helpful. All in all, it was a super experience and I am happy that I took the time to research providers and made a great decision.

Staff was absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond to help my husband. He severely needed a CPAP machine. Well, today was the only day we had the morning together, to go in late to work, so we could go get his machine. We didn't know they weren't open today, because of my lack of time management on my part. We happened to catch a gentleman there that would change our morning. He called in the owner and their right hand gal and they fixed my husband right up. I couldn't be more grateful to these people. Thank you for taking the time with us this morning!!! I highly recommend them for your CPAP & orher medical needs.

I've had the same excellent response as previous reviewer's. Larry delivered nebulizer meds to my husband in a code red weather day! News had alerted our area of a tornado headed our way, yet he came! The lady in office the previous month also delivered his meds as he was dangerously low. Very kind and dependable, relieving stress to the max!!
