dentist didn't care that she was being rough with my grand child, rude to me. Never going back, front desk not helpful and unprofessional, other dentist apologetic but not helpful. filed a complaint against this dental practice, be aware some seem nice, but not all and not worth the risk unless your desperate.

I was skeptical based on the negative reviews . Every single nurses to Dr. Flagg have been absolutely amazing and caring . I was so nervous, but I felt so at ease and welcomed. I’m so glad I can finally call a place my primary care. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, just be kind and kindness rewards you back.

I have pneumonia. I tried making appointment with doctor, they scheduled me to see him in 2 months. I ended in urgent care and changing my primary care physician to a different clinic.
They don’t do same day appointments, they have horrible customer care and they have an attitude.
The lady that answered the phone was quick to transfer me to another person while I was talking on the phone with her.

Came in to see Dr. Cartwright
For an ENT referral, Dr. Grizzly was the attendings physician who saw me, She immediately judged me as if I was Doctor shopping for Opioids, she attempted to do an exam based on my chief complaint. She looked at my nose and said , "You have a big ball of snot, take this Kleenex and clean the snot out of your nostril,I will prescribe you some nasal spray, "
" Now is there any other medicine you need.
She
was trying to get me to ask her to write me a prescription for Opioids, after her rude bedside manners I didn't want her to attempt to examine me, which she hadn't done anyway. She had already put the nasal light back on the hook and sat down at the computer and started her documentation. after she handed me a box of Kleenex, and said," clean that big snot ball it's right there, "
She Judged me, which resulted in a misdiagnose. From there I just

stared at her. THAT WAS SO MEAN OF DR. GRIZZLY TO FOLLOW THE ORDER OF THE SURGEON WHO WROTE THE ALERT. I NEVER GOT TREATED. And I am not on Opioids, I will write a report and submit it to PATIENT ADVOCATE SERVICES . Thank you Dr. Grizzly I appreciate the referral to the Ear, Nose and Throat Physician. with that being said you have a Blessed Day.

Dr. Terry White was excellent!!! Knowledgeable, great bed side manor , and did a wonderful job on my Surgery! I highly recommend him!!! Vera his nurse was kind and helpful and understanding! I love this team!!

I'm not an inmate. I just want to freely use the library whenever I can without feeling profiled. Just call it eastmont correctional if you people are going to continue to block the doors until we tell you where we're going. Minus well not have the pd station literally next door 🙄

if i could give 0 stars, i would. poor customer service with even worse doctors. i currently have pain related to a UTI or kidney infection and the doctor NEERAJA MARAMREDDY told me it's because i am too fat for my height and that i have IBS. would not order ANY tests and referred me to a doctor who couldn't see me for another 3 months, when clearly something is wrong with since i feel unwell. went to a different doctor who diagnosed me with an infection and prescribed me medicine immediately. will be filing a board complaint against clinic and against NEERAJA MARAMREDDY.

This place is a joke. I waited three months to get an appointment with a skin doctor but when I got there all I saw was a nurse practitioner who cried when I complained about the crappy "service" Then she left the room and never answered any of my questions (because of course she couldn't since she is not a doctor!). Face it, if you are poor and this is your place you are f%$#ed.
