My name is William Gallegos just had a follow-up visit here at alcam medical in Riverside with Frank Lopez. I just want to say that every single time that I come here. It seems like he fulfills every need and aspect that I'm concerned in. He's addressed everything at a 100% level with me. my satisfaction is over the roof and I just wanna make that known to whoever his superior bosses are and he's doing a 100% terrific job. As far as his tendency to acknowledge my needs for my prosthetic. I'm very happy with his attention and his focus on me and everything that he does thank you! Frank Lopez. I am writing on behalf of my mother, Maria Borut. She doesn't speak english. She visited me from Europe and her diabetes took a toll and needed left foot amputated. Fast forwarded to needing the prosthetic leg, we came across Alcam Medical in Riverside where Francisco Lopez guided my 75 year old mom how to start walking, adjusted a couple of time for comfort , and in no time mom is awaiting for the laminated one. The whole process was very thorough, professional, organized and with a lot of care on his end.Thank you so much Francisco Lopez! you are so awesome and mom felt your care and kindness and made the whole new experience a lot easier for her.

I took my 3 year old for braces for both legs, long story short it took about 6 months to get them done, horrible!! at the end we met a nice gentleman name Frank, you could just tell he was very different from the other employees, he just knows what he’s doing, and very efficient. My advice if your new is always ask for frank.

Foot orthotic insert was no way made with care. The picture was suppose to be 97% accurate. My orthotic foot insert was made too wide it won't even fit in my shoe. So very dissappointed. My husband is disabled and their location is far from our home. They woukd not allow me to mail it to them with the show insert to fix it for me. So as of 8 weeks already I can't even use it. Very dissappointed with whomever made it. Dont they even try to see if the width fits into a regular shoe? Just very upset, that I have to go back to repair it. 9f they didn't get it right the first time, I feel I'm wasting time and gas, to take it back. They should ask more questions to see if the orthotic is being used in a regular shoe like new balance or nike, instead of sending something extremely wide, that it can not be used.. Be very careful and mention details about what shoe your using it in. I wish they were kind enough to understand patients for instances and help reconcile the problem.

Poor service. Took my dad to get his collar for neck support in December. After 1 1/2 month they send him wrong collar and I called and informed them. They said they will call me back. Never called. I called again after 1 month. Then they say that’s the one insurance approved. They never informed me that during 1st call or anytime. If it’s not covered I would buy the correct one. What’s the point getting one if it’s not helping. Then they asked us to come back, I said no need to come you have all the measurements, just send the correct one. Looks like they lost his measurements /information or something. I’m very disappointed. Not going back and wast our time and money. Going to order similar one online.

This is one of the worst. Places you can come to to get any medical supplies. I would recommend you going anywhere else. Including the dump. Because they are so inaccurate about what they do. They keep prolonging you to get your stuff. All I needed was a knee brace and it took almost 3 months to get it. On something that normally only takes a few weeks. Please go to any other medical supply place other than this.
