I have been a satisfied patient of Dr Centurion. Today I tried to make an appointment at his office; I called SEVEN TIMES. I was disconnected SIX TIMES and now I am on hold and have been on hold for 40 minutes. Baptist Health, health that cares? This is absurd. I guess I’ll need to find another practice.

Rudest exchange on the phone. Receptionist gave attitude because I called him Jose Centurion, instead of Alejandro Centurion, mind you I’ve never met the guy and was calling to set an appointment. And she wouldn’t help as I was explaining her he showed up in my insurance card as PCP.

Had an amazing experience visiting the Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute with Dr. Centurion. The entire staff was accommodating, and work with compassion. The MD was attentive, efficient, and kind. Everything you would want in a physician. I’m glad I get to be cared for by this group of professionals. My AT Anmol was also, very helpful in assessing my condition, and addressing my concerns. Overall, great facility.
