We used Alice Home Care to provide caregivers for my mother after a back injury. Alice came to meet with her right away. o provide a detailed description of services and to assess the type of care she needed and to give her a sense of comfort,.. The team of caregivers assigned to my mom are all great and provided her the best support. Alice has great experience in working with the elderly and a great support team. Our experiences with Alice home care have been great. They really do a great job of supplying awesome caregivers. Every one of the caregivers were nice, polite, understood the needs of the patient and really were nurturing and caring. If you are in need of extended patient care/caregiving, I would say that Alice home care is a great choice to make. The front office staff from the person that explained charges to the scheduling person were all fantastic. Very professional and kept lines of communication open for the entire time.

The Cantonese caregivers at Alice Home Care have become like family to us. They provide loving, attentive, personal care and companionship to my mother. Having caregivers who speak her language made it so much easier for her to accept outside help, especially since they understand her culturally.
Sherry came to do a home visit and enroll us when we were still uncertain how much care we would need. When things suddenly changed and we needed someone urgently, Sherry sent our first caregiver the same day.
And now for the past 6 months, Sherry has been able to work with our complicated family schedule to coordinate a regular rotation of consistent caregivers who know my mom. I never worry when the caregivers are on the job and I trust them completely. They very quickly learned my mother's habits and can do everything her own family would do for her including cooking, bathing, and most importantly, keeping her stimulated and engaged with their companionship and conversation. They update us after every shift and it is clear they love and worry about her just as much as we do.
And Sherry regularly checks in with us and is available by text, even on weekends and evenings!
Alice Home Care allows my mom to stay in-home and have a good quality of life.
