I’ve been coming to Aliso Creek Dental for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough! From routine check-ups to my recent Invisalign treatment, they’ve always made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. The Invisalign process was smooth and stress-free—they explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout. I’m so happy with how my smile turned out! My family and I just moved to the area and we have had the best experience at this office! Everyone is so helpful and made my experience very easy (especially Shiva!). I had to bring my 2 YO to my appt and everyone was so great and put on shows for her and helped watch her so I could get my exam and cleaning. Highly recommend this office, they are wonderful!

I had my appointment yesterday. I arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule. This time I noticed I wasn’t bombarded with the passive aggressive phone calls asking if I was coming or the texts. I received maybe one email and one text reminding me of the appointment which is appropriate. I also did not receive a call asking me to come in two hours earlier than my appointment which was appreciated. Honestly, if I wanted to come in earlier, I’d call and ask. I don’t need the office to contact me when I’m at work harassing me about coming in early because someone else canceled. Also, the new cancellation fee is now $150, if you don’t alert them 48 hours in advance. Yikes, but I was still planning on going to my appointment anyway.

My appointment was a cleaning and I signed the iPad paperwork ahead of time. I did have to wait a bit which is abnormal. I did not request a fluoride treatment so I was not charged for one. There was a new dentist who did my scaling and the hygienist took care of brushing my teeth. There was no flossing though and for that I was grateful after the scaling that was performed. My next appointment is 6 months out and I’m satisfied that my appointment did not take the full hour. The office is clean and accessible. The staff is great. I’ve had issues in the past but it looks like things have improved recently.

I had a wonderful experience at Aliso Creek Dental. They resolved all my issues and concerns, and were great at addressing all my concerns. Dr Mona was very kind, honest, and experienced in providing very valuable advice. Dr. Lin was absolutely great at resolving all my issues and was very kind as well. Two of the best dentists in my experience. All the staff is very nice and friendly, especially Janine, Sheeba, and Roxanne. I'm glad I found this excellent dental office.
