Extremely thorough providers in my opinion, I’ve had nothing but in depth mental health treatment from them, a few years ago and returning recently as I needed a new provider. They are for the community, and want to see people with significant issues live a more productive, peaceful, and normalized life. I’ve read some bad reviews on this place through google and really couldn’t disagree more. I feel the ones commenting so negatively may have not had the best attitude towards their treatment. I’m just a patient who has seen genuine people there. People that are so assuring that you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Motivated to get the right treatment plan and continue my healing process with them.

I had to go in and see this practice for myself after seeing all the negative reviews. I couldn’t have met more caring providers right down to all the support staff. This clinic goes above and beyond to not only meet industry standards but exceeds them in exchange for exemplary accreditations. Why do they do this? To provide the best evidence based practice to their patients because they care about the communities they serve, and are looking to make a difference. You will not meet a more dedicated staff that care about those affected by mental health issues. They set up protocols to keep patients safe and honor best practice but unfortunately they are sometimes viewed negatively by some patients. They have rules to keep people safe for a reason. I am not employed by All Care, nor do I have any financial investment but I do have 14 years of psychiatric experience. This is quality care.

Been going here for a year now. Have appointments every other week and they are almost always on time if not early. If they are running late they apologize. Yes it can take a few months to see the psych doctor bit that happens literally EVERYWHERE. The staff knows me by name, is super friendly. Never had a problem with this place. If you no call and no show and get discharged, well that's what happens at doctors offices so dont be suprised. They dont get paid if you dont show and they aren't going to keep covering the cost for your missed appointments.

I’m not the one to place reviews about anybody or businesses, but I just had to about this place. Management treats you like trash. I was discharged from the program because I forgot A few appointments. I’m no professional but I don’t think this is a reasonable excuse to discharge a patient, especially when there staff diagnosed you with Bipolar disorder and are currently the ones providing you with the medication and counseling to control your disorder. So what happens when you run out your meds. and can’t get in anywhere else for treatment? If you care about yourself avoid this place. My practitioner and counselor where great but the administration is absolutely horrible. Not a care in the world about your health.

Every appointment I had, the scheduling got screwed up somehow. They cancelled an appointment on me with less than 24hrs notice when they had known for over a week the appointment couldn't be kept on their end, when I called to confirm appointment times they had never been scheduled, when I came in for a scheduled appointment I wasn't seen until over an hour later.

Every bill I've gotten has been sent through the wrong insurance; it's a different insurance every time. They are not upfront or truthful about patients' expected contributions even when you ask them about costs.

When I finally was seen, the nurse practitioner asserted that I had depression and that it was related to my period. She decided her diagnosis after 20 minutes of knowing me was correct, over the diagnosis of the therapist I've been seeing for 4+ years. She refused to prescribe me anything other than an antidepressant I had been on previously that didn't work for me.

lousy in so many ways. Ridiculous wait times, really difficult getting anyone on the phone or getting a call returned, and yes the required drug testing for every visit regardless of why you are there is bizarre and like nothing I’ve seen anywhere else. But the worst was that I really didn’t like my psychiatrist, because he always was rushed, impersonal, perpetually interrupting me, never making eye contact, and really going overboard repeatedly asking questions about drug use, often repeating questions, as though I was being cross examined (I have zero history of drug use). When I said I no longer wanted to see him, I was not asked why or to detail my grievances, rather told I would have to see him one more time for some kind of concluding visit. Um, no. What kind of mental health facility forces you to meet with someone who makes you uncomfortable. Incredible.

Set up appointment here for medication management (anti-depressants), had to wait 2 months for it. Should have known as soon as I walked in the door what kind of place this is, looks more like a methadone clinic than a regular wellness facility. After checking in, was brought into an exam room () had my blood pressure taken, then asked to give a urine sample! A urine sample to get Wellbutrin I was told the urine is taken at each visit so they can be sure I'm taking my meds, like I'm 5 instead of 45. I refused & walked out. I'm not going to be treated like a drug addict at any doctor office. I'm pretty sure they do urine tests to be confirm their patients are not selling the drugs they are prescribing them.

I was skeptical to make my first appointment because of the reviews on this site, but did because it is the only place in the area that could get me in quickly. I was seen the same week that I first called! The staff was friendly when I arrived and the nurse I saw got me in quickly. I had a good experience at All Care and will continue my treatment there!
