It wasn’t until I found Dr. I that I actually got the help I needed for my declining eyesight. I had been to four different specialists before I was referred to her and it was the best referral I’ve ever received. I’ve been going to AEC for a couple of years. The doc there is great (sometimes runs late, but always makes up for it in sample contacts), and they always do special things at no added cost - lost a screw in my sunglasses, brought them in, finished in a few and on my way; another time I needed lenses switched from one pair of glasses to another. Very kind people and great location.

I have bad anxiety so I get nervous for any kind of doctor appointment, and they made it easy. Dr Van specifically was kind, patient, and honest. Id definitely request her again in the future. Dr. I was absolutely amazing. She was running around accommodating her patients on an oddly busy Friday evening. I called in the morning to schedule an appointment and was fit in THE SAME DAY. Which was amazing as I broke my glasses and was in desperate need of a new prescription to get a new pair. She was so nice, pointed me in the right direction for the best contact lenses and PERSONALLY helped me pick a pair of glasses that framed my face. I can’t say enough good things. I came to the store for a brand of frames I wanted. They had plenty of eye frame options to select from. After identifying the eye glasses I wanted, I made an appointment with what I thought was with Dr. Idrizovic. They scheduled me with a different provider that was not identified on their website. I was surprised to find that the person performing the retinal scan and glaucoma testing was not a medical professional but a company trained associate. I waited an hour for my consultation with Dr Idrizovic. During my appointment she let me know she did not know how to administer those basic eye exams. Dr. Idrizovic did not give me those test results during my appointment. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment for dry eye problems. When I called the store needing to reschedule that appointment, I was kept on hold for an hour and a half. I finally had to go to the store to change the appointment in person so not to be charged for not showing up for a scheduled appointment. When I received my eyeglasses and met with the associate for fitting, I was rushed through the fitting appointment and my eye glasses sat crooked on my face. I went back 7 times for adjustments and they are still sitting crooked. I would recommend finding a better place for your eye care needs.

She was not only professional but also incredibly patient in helping me find the perfect prescription.
