I've visited three times: once for a hand laceration, another for the flu, and again when my 9-month-old son was unwell. Each visit reaffirmed my trust in their services.

I am grateful for this urgent care. Dr. T has helped my family several times, always providing professional, amazing care. Most recently, I needed stitches and they were able to get help me quickly. I love they take appointments when you are not feeling well do you do not have to wait in a lobby full of sick people all day long.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The doctor is great there and they take patients back pretty quickly but the last two visits I had there recently were horrible. On 1/21 I look my step son there at like 7:30pm and they still saw him. The blonde older nurse lady was SO rude to us made us feel very unwelcome. She was standing by the door not wanting to let us in even though we got there before closing. And after his visit I even apologized and she just gave me a dirty look and said nothing. I get you want to go home at 8pm I work in health care too but you don’t have to treat people so disrespectfully in a professional environment. And now tonight my sister tried to go in at 7:10pm and they turned her away. I’m sorry but if you’re open until 8pm and it’s not even 8pm then you should not turn away a sick patient. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back there. I’d rather go to Exer.

Called at 11:50a on Super Bowl Sunday asking what wait time was, assuming it would not be busy. Receptionist told me they close at 1pm and stop seeing patients at 12:30p and offered to schedule an appointment for the following day. I told her I was already in the parking lot and if I could just walk in... She flat out told me no... Not rude, but contrary to what she literally said 3 seconds earlier.

If you want to go home early, then tell people you're at capacity and not accepting any more walk-ins today. I try hard to support local businesses in our community but its hard not to just bypasses these places and drive to Redlands for all my medical needs.

Okay so same day appointment not late in the day is awesome especially when you already don't feel well ❤️‍🩹, the gurl at the front was meh 😑 but she isn't a part of my review, the nurse Maria was extremely nice and caring, she wanted to help me I felt like, she explained everything she needed to do with me, oh before I forget, the service was very fast, once I finished my form and gave the insurance information, I was called in five or six minutes, and then I had the pleasure of meeting Maria, so she does the routine information collecting, then the provider Dennis came into the room, full of smiles, such a relief because if you know then sometimes it can be a very unpleasant situation, this was not THAT, he was absolutely fantastic, he listened and treated me appropriately and just to be safe he ordered a chest x-ray and let me tell you about the technician, she was the icing on the cake 😁 such a delightful person, I didn't get her name but I'm super happy that I had her, she has black hair, It looked like a Bob and she was so sweet. And the office is nice, I have only good things to say about this urgent Care facility. I don't like being sick, but at least I can get great service when needed. I would recommend them 💯/💯, thank you for kindness.

Went to this place twice, one time I went @7:30 pm so that’s half an hour before they close, though the waiting area had only one patient waiting but they sent me home saying they can’t accept more patients for the day.. sounds weird for me but acceptable since it was the end of their day!
2nd time I went @3:30 pm!! And they had 2 patients in the waiting area!! AND again sent me home!! We can’t accept more patients for the day!! WHAT!!
They didnt even check my insurance both times by the way if anyone would think that is related to anything!
I’ve NEVER experienced this anywhere!!!

Didn’t listen to my concerns just sent me home with nausea medication. Had to end up going to the emergency room a few hours later to get an IV which is what i needed here but they refused because my vitals were fine even though i could barley walk without help. The first thing the nurse at the ER told me was that i needed an IV because i was so weak. After getting my IV at the ER the nurse even said how much color was brought back into my face.

Highly recommend this urgent care! Faster than any other medical visit EVER. Staff is friendly, treatment was fast and friendly. I’ll be going here whenever needed! Tell your friends! Stitches were done as quickly as possible with care.
