Receptionist very bad. My husband has a permit to take a chest X-ray, they said will send him by email. He has waiting a few days but he didn’t receive. So I call again to said them help me send by email but reception told me I have go to pick up, they just sent emails to older patients . what happened? This is not a first time, before when I have a permit to check something , someone willing send me by email. Only her can’t?Why era 5.0 that we can’t use email instead go to pick up to save time Vietnamese Her name’s Anh. I don't know what her English name is.

I've been going here for about 1-2 years and love their service so far. I called in to reschedule the stitches removal since it was still bleeding. The guy on the phone gave me two availability and I told him I wasn't able to make it on one of those days to schedule me for 2nd day. I showed up to find out the doctor has gone to a conference all week. Spoke to the office manager and he seemed to side with his employee. Never coming back it again. They don't have a respect for your time.

This place is great! They really care about you and remember your name. They also provide courtesy reminder calls and the pharmacy has strong communication with the doctors so you know what’s going on with your medications.
