Customer service representative was condescending over the phone. I understand the scheduling system for prescription pediasure due to insurance. But All Care sent a week’s worth of a different flavor of pediasure to try out.(instead of a couple of cans) Child did not like it, so now I need to wait for the 30 day insurance/schedule and purchase 24 bottles at the store

My senior fur baby can no longer use the front stairs without risk of injury. I bought a ramp on Amazon and it was highly rated. It did not meet our needs and actually caused her to fall twice. I was struggling to figure out a solution. I called on Allcare Medical on a whim to ask for any suggestions and talked with Jeff. He had a RAMP at my house the SAME DAY! It is perfect and she walks up and down it without hesitation. I am so happy they care about pets too! I can't say enough. Thank you again for caring about my girl. You have made her life much easier.

I am amazed at the customer service and the staff going above and beyond to assist in helping patients get their much needed supplies including formula! the supply chain issues that they are facing have definitely made their job much harder yet they continue to strive to work to get insurance approvals and products and have the best customer service ! the team at Allcare truly do ALL CARE ! thank you for all you do !

I feel like the staff at Allcare have become second family to me. During the formula shortage the workers have been patient and king while we switched formula around. They is always friendly and accommodating whenever we have questions about our order. I'm more than pleased with this company!

Excellent customer service with the convenience of being able to immediately speak with staff during business hours, or leaving a voicemail to place an order. Once my order was placed monthly for my child’s special, medical grade hypoallergenic formula it was at my home within days - sometimes sooner. At one point I had concerns with delivery in regard to theft, and they were able to promptly update and deliver to a safer address to ensure I received my packages without worry. I genuinely want to thank AllCare for supplying me with not only quality product, but outstanding service that deserves to be recognized.
