I had a fantastic experience with Jasmine Watson, PA! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly listens to her patients. She took the time to address all of my concerns, explain every procedure clearly, and made me feel completely at ease. I called this place to get the yearly physical scheduled for me and my wife. I checked with the person booking the appointment over the phone, the receptionist, and the nurse, if AllCare accepted my insurance and all 3 confirmed that they did. My appointment was in the afternoon at 5:30 PM. When they finished the exam, The receptionist/nurse told me that my wife insurance may not cover her exam. I told them that we had the same plan and that she was under my insurance. They said that they needed to double check that. They also said that I needed to come back the next days for blood work.

Next day comes, I completed the blood work. They confirmed again that my physical exam was covered by my insurance. They booked my wife's appointment for later that same afternoon. As we were waiting in their lobby, I asked the receptionist to check again if my wife exam was covered by our insurance and she said, "I would need to double check". I asked the receptionist "what if is it not?" she replied "You will get a bill". At this point I realized they were just interested in getting us to complete the physical and that's it. They just wanted our insurance to bill them. we cancelled her appointment and 3 weeks later I received a bill for 466$ for my exam.

DO NOT GO to this place. the lack of transparency and professionalism is incredible. even though, I asked multiple times if my insurance would cover the yearly physical, they never checked. They just wanted to send them the bill.

Walked in and ended up testing positive for covid. The NP was extremely curt and when I asked about paxlovid she said "I don't prescribe that". She then told me to use over the counter meds. I had to make a video appointment with a different urgent care to get paxlovid prescribed.

Horrible waste of time, resources, and energy. I went to this clinic on 05/06 to get some labs done. I was told a week later one sample was lost and I’d need to come back. Okay, fine, mistakes happen. I go back and give another swab, but when I EXPLICITLY asked if another urine sample was needed, I was EXPLICITLY told NO. This morning I just woke up to find out that my urine sample was also lost. How do you mess up that badly? Never coming back.

The doctor and staff here are VERY pleasant and competent! Best experience I've had at an urgent care visit. Doctor Lauren Brewington was compassionate and open-minded and very knowledgeable. She was gentle and kind and clear with her suggestions for treatment. The staff nurse was equally wonderful, very sympathetic and obviously cares about her work. The waiting room was partitioned off from the front desk with soothing music playing. The whole experience was a balm to my soul after a really horrible week of feeling like sh#$ Thanks guys! Highly recommend!💙

I walked in and was immediately seen by Nurse Pat and Dr. Jasmine. Nurse Pat was efficient and pleasurable. Dr. Jasmine was very empathetic and explained everything to me in detail. I felt 100% comfortable discussing my symptoms and I got a prescription sent to my pharmacy of choice.
Definitely will come back here, should I need care and I highly recommend.
