I had a great experience here. Doctor Helen was kind and gentle. She did my surgery and follow up. I highly recommend her. Sometimes the wait can be long. But generally I have had a great experience.

the providers are great and very good but there is one front desk lady she is very rude and unhelpful. Doesn't want to do her job and wants to argue with you.

Don't come to this place. They are rude and show zero interest in your well-being. Most of the time you don't see the same doctor twice in a row and even when you do, the doctor is never up to date with your healt, procedures, labs and/or studies taken. They don't seem to keep an accurate and proper record of your health, nor do they seem to take the time to read your charts. Receptionists are extremely careless and mean, which is an accurete representation of the poor treatment you are about to get. I had to wait to have my baby to write this for fear of even worse treatment, and this is how bad and sad things are in this place.

I have not received treatment here so this review is based on my sister’s surgery and my sister in law’s treatment. My sister’s surgery went well and the clinic followed up with her to check in. My sister in law gave birth to a CUUUTE, healthy baby. The clinic also continued to check in with her. Staff were kind, attentive, and very helpful. We will continue to work with this facility and the doctors for our future needs.

My mother who does not speak English recently came here for care. She had a positive experience and felt the staff was professional and helpful. The nursing staff spoke different languages, so she was able to communicate in Chinese. The nursing staff was also helpful over the phone and in following up on issues. She felt the doctors were kind and thorough in their explanations. Thank you for taking good care of my mother!

While the doctor is nice, the wait time is ridiculous. I showed up at 2:50 for my 3:00 appointment and I waited OVER AN HOUR to finally be called. To the office staff: just don't schedule THAT many people if the waiting time is long! It's not that hard - I used to work in a medical office and had to schedule patients so I know the drill. Learn how to manage your schedule.

I would not recommend this place for the woman who already have a c section for their kids . special get away from Dr Vo.He is impatient and don't give you any choice.he is not a professional Dr.I had a very bad experience in this place.front dest is not really doing anything.only the Dr n NPR have the decision to do anything to the patients.better get away from this place.only know is collecting money from u.not care about your health and your feeling.

Omg...3 hour wait. Nice staff, speaks many Asian languages, nice doctor. But this wait time is no bueno...scheduler needs to give this doctor and staff some elbow room!! .
