Thank you Allegro for coming thru in my need, when I have to do insurance's jobs of communicating, clicking a mouse and tapping a keyboard between them and their other preferred vendor.. and then still not being able to receive products I need.
I will definitely bookmark Allegro when I will need to shop for other medical supplies, devices and equipment.

I had been ordering from this company for 9 years. On this last order I did not receive the product. I was on the phone with them for hours over this issue. They said I did not choose the correct address and that they shipped it to my old address. That is not true. After much arguing they said they would ship it out again. Again I did not receive it. They then said that they shipped it to the wrong address again. And, they said if I wanted the product I would have to pay for it, AGAIN. So I am out the money and never received the product. These people are rude and have taken my money.

I wish i had checked reviews before purchase!!! I ordered urgent medical supplies to be delivered by the time my father came out of hospital; no delivery or communication by expected shipping date. i called and emailed asking status and if not coming cancel order. was told coming soon!! emailed back asking what is soon? received email saying it will be delivered the following day. nothing was delivered. I ordered from amazon as per mail. finally items came after the amazon delivery.

I have been calling and emailing to return and refund money with no success.

I will continue to write bad reviews on every site until i get refund. or company declare bankruptcy!!!

Supplies are good and I order for my son monthly, but they have charged my card twice on multiple occasions and customer service just says that it will return in a couple business days. Last night just so happened to be the worst. I placed an order and the site kept telling me I entered the wrong card information. I resubmitted the card info and hit “place order” multiple times and it charged my card for each time although the site kept saying that the card info was incorrect. This means that I lost money for an order that was never placed. My account is now over drafted for the weekend and I have to wait until either the bank or this establishment reimburses me in a few business days. Customer service told me that “it just does that sometimes.” Huge inconvenience and not the first time. Probably will not be placing another order.

This company is a total joke!! On January 15, I ordered a set of dumbells which were suposedly IN STOCK and I was to received within 15 days. After a month, and being without any news, I called and was said that my order was in fact delayed until May 15!! By that date, I called again and was said it was now delayed again to June 29!! Finally on July 13, I received an email that it was simply cancelled!!

Ordered a small product 2 months ago. It's stuck in processing limbo. Just throw it in an envelope and mail it. It's not hard.
I work in a warehouse. I know how easy it is to get things out quickly. This place is a scam. It deserves to go under.

1 week later, still awaiting shipment, I ask what's going on with my shipment in their online form - no reply.
2 weeks after I ordered, still awaiting shipment. I email them what's going on - no reply.
16 days later, I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. They still haven't replied to the credit card company, and the order online still says awaiting shipment.

They have all the supplies I need for diabetes, sleep apnea, allergies, wound care and every other medical supply I have ever needed. My orders usually come one or two days earlier than was estimated. I have been a customer of Allegro Medical for almost three years and have never once had any problems or issues and will continue to be a loyal customer. I have never been happy with any of the other medical supply companies that I have tried in the past. Finally I've found a medical supply company that cares about it's customers getting the right supplies they need instead of how much money they can get from you.
