Hands down, Allen Medical is possibly the best small business I have dealt with in Indiana over the past 22 years of living here. The customer service is incredible. They have gone above and beyond to help my dad with his needed medical equipment. Even though we live in West Lafayette, they get items out quickly as we need them. They have gone above and beyond to help us maintain our equipment. I know for those in the Lafayette area, Allen Medical may seem far away, but the customer service, kindness, and quality are worth it!

I have done business with Allen Medical for many years. They are a great bunch of people. They have been there to help me through many hard times and always do everything to make sure things are done right. I know sometimes things are a little expensive, but there are many circumstances that go into pricing. I will continue supporting our local Allen Medical Supply business. Way too high prices. Don't seem to get proper approvals for equipment through insurances. Seem to be just out to make a buck. Not as supportive to patients as they pretend to be at first, when they real you in to using them.
