I am not able to adequately articulate what exactly Dr. Ian does. In the attempts I have made, to be honest, it sounds like utter nonsense. However, I cannot argue with the results! I developed allergies to many different types of foods I used to love but could no longer enjoy without stomach pain and bloating. After a few treatments from Dr. Ian, I am again able to enjoy these foods I love without pain. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Hanna is absolutely amazing! I've been struggling with allergies for years and felt like I was at my wit's end. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Hanna took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained my diagnosis and treatment options. Her knowledge and expertise are evident, and I've already noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. I no longer have to take a daily allergy pill that I had previously taken for 20+ years!! I highly recommend Allergy Free Flagstaff to anyone dealing with allergies!

I’m surprised (but happy to see) that Dr Hanna has helped others, as I definitely can’t relate. She’s a great person, but BEWARE, from the start gave the false hope that insurance would cover her treatments, then gave me a code to submit, but turns out several tries throughout nearly a year later and they will NOT cover a dime of my $2000 in her treatments. The last conversation I had, turns out she told me a code she gave me that helped others was for Cardiovascular symptoms they had, not severe allergies like I had which she was well aware. Wether she was purposely deceiving me or not, she should have shared THAT DETAIL, because I wouldn’t have been able to afford the $2,000+ risk. Very upsetting.

Since being treated by Dr. Hanna, my allergies have all but disappeared. Prior to seeing her, I was suffering from increasing allergic symptoms, and was on two OTC and one prescription allergy meds which provided limited relief. Now, I am on no meds at all, and feel great! Loved Dr. Hanna's gentle, compassionate, and intelligent approach to care. I would definitely recommend her!!

I saw Dr. Hanna for the first time in March 2020, right before she had to close her practice due to COVID19. After only one visit during which she performed testing and one treatment, I have experienced 90-95% improvement of my seasonal allergy symptoms. After several months of closure, there are some remaining allergy related issues that we will still need to address so that my treatment is complete now that it can be resumed. Dr. Hanna Ian is thorough, compassionate, and dedicated to getting to the root cause of one’s allergies/sensitivities.

For patients who have had it with allergy and sensitivity symptoms, AAT is definitely worth a try. I have had allergies and sensitivities since I was a little girl. I have worked with MDs who are allergists, gotten the weekly shots and still had symptoms. My latest Mayo MD allergist told me to just take the pills instead of the injections, something that really surprised me. I did this for a period of time but still had symptoms, got fed up and decided to take a leap of faith and try Dr Hannah. A highly-regarded friend had recommended her to me and I thought it's my last resort to get rid of troublesome post nasal drip, coughing, nose issues, etc. Maybe a little too much TMI but for those of you who are having the same problems, think about going to Dr Hannah. Am 95+% better w/6 visits to go!! She is knowledgeable, personable and really wants to help you. Worth the $ and time. The office is clean, comfortable and, frankly, I will miss her when my treatments are over in six more visits.
