It was super easy to schedule an appointment online, check in was seamless, didn't have to wait long. The triage guy was amazing and the doctor spent a decent amount of time with me to make sure all my concern were addressed. Better than any visit to my PCP or to the ER. Very clean facilities also. We will be back if needed. Thanks guys.

I needed a close urgent care that does x-rays asap and found it at alliance urgent care. Everything ran smoothly. From making the appointment online to checking in and the follow up care afterwards! My 3 year old was smiling throughout the appointment with a broken foot but everyone there was gentle and patient with her and also inclusive of my other 2 girls! Thank you! I had been sick for almost three weeks. I finally went to see the doctor. I made an appointment online, and it was very easy. I was able to get in first thing in the morning. Checking in was fast, and I didn't have to wait long to see the doctor. He listened to my concerns and decided to take a chest x-ray, which I was happy about. The results came back, and it turned out that I had pneumonia in my right lung. The doctor prescribed the proper medicine for me. I was very happy with past visits and this one as well.

As a new patient, the check-in process was easy. We were taken back in a timely manner and hardly waited in the room before the provider came in. The nurses were kind and thorough and so was the doctor. Our experience was seamless and I felt well-taken care of.Unfortunately, I can’t say that about other doctors offices/urgent care facilities that I’ve gone to in AZ.

This was a great experience for not feeling well. The staff was kind, they were tentative, the weight was not long for not having an appointment, the nurse I saw was great with her ability to explain things in fewer words. Sometimes as a patient, I get lost in translation. The nurse also had great energy. Actually, everyone there had really good energy and I will definitely go back

I had symptoms that looked like a sinus infection. I could not get into my dr so I went to Alliance Urgent Care. Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The staff were super friendly and the front desk helped get my new insurance information to cover my visit. The wait was not long at all and the doctor was thorough and answered any questions I had. It was a very pleasant experience.

The wait with appt.wasnt too bad. No one else was in the waiting room,so I thought we should of gotten in the exam room a little faster. Not too impressed with the doc. No diagnosis just 3 prescriptions for a 3 year old. No fever,throat and ears were fine just a hacking cough. Steroid syrup and cough med with codeine? I believe she is way too young for those. Probably won't go back.
