I’ve unfortunately had to come here three times in three weeks with my children and every time I went I had a positive experience. The front desk staff are pleasant & the practitioners who saw my children were very thorough. The facility is also very clean and well maintained.

I went here on December 1st and was told that I had a possible fracture in my left elbow and that they were going to get me a referral to southern bone and joint. A few days later I hadn’t heard anything so I called back and left a message for the nurse. Nothing. Over the next few weeks I continued to try to get answers, nothing. Now it’s January 9th and I finally talked to the nurse yesterday but still don’t have an appointment to find out what’s going to be done about it. Meanwhile the pain and stiffness is steadily increasing. I’ve considered going somewhere else but didn’t because I assumed that I would see someone else and end up with multiple referrals to the same place and it would cause problems. I also have a high deductible and have to pay out of pocket for every visit. This should have been taken care of right away and not drug out for several weeks while I have to continue to work and deal with the pain.

Not going to lie, as a healthcare provider (Paramedic) I’m not too keen on urgent care or a “doc in a box.” However than belief changed as of this morning. For two weeks I’ve been suffering excruciating back pain and muscle spasms. You know the old adage “physician heal thyself”, well that same belief goes for providers such as myself.

After trying to alleviate my symptoms for the past two weeks I gave up and drove to All South. After being checked in, paying my copay there was a bit of a wait but it was much shorter than what the wait would have been at an ER. Got into a room and the NP Ben was absolutely amazing. Turns out I had muscular nerve inflammation which is what I thought but the meds I was using were proving to be ineffective.He listened to my complaint, did an assessment, ordered meds and I was on my way. Received injections of Decadron and Toradol, discharged home with meds and feel much better. Absolutely incredible experience with All South. This will definitely be my go-to place when my regular doc is closed.

Thanks Ben! My pain is 95% gone and I feel 100% better.

This is the worst place ever. They made me sit in my car an hour and a half. In a room an additional 2 hours. The only person who physically touched me was the person who took my blood pressure and temperature, and then they told me to go to the emergency room. It was closing time. I went to a different urgent care and was diagnosed with strep throat. But they didn’t have any problems billing my insurance 175.00. Would not recommend them for a stray dog. Wish I could give negative stars.

The doctors and nurses were fine. However, the billing department was awful. They failed to improperly bill my insurance and said that I owed the entire balance. Their billing manager called my emergency contact regarding the bill, even after I had told her that it was improperly coded and my insurance was not properly filed. She did not listen, was very rude, and cut me off.

Both the Main St and East location are wonderful. The doctors and PA’s are attentive and took extra time explaining my diagnosis. The office staff is awesome!!! They helped me print and send records. Entire staff goes beyond on every detail. Other offices should take note of the excellent service!!!

Dr. Ben Sneed is absolutely ?% the best doctor hands down. He has a kind spirit and a gentle heart. The staff is also awesome. Thank you AllSouth Urgent Care you are the best.

Out of the few walk-in clinics that I’ve been to in my lifetime so far this one is the best one! The staff are nice, the doctor is awesome, and despite them being short on hand and how busy they are they were great!! I love how organized they are to and how they have everyone wait in their cars till their called, by phone, to come in. I will definitely be back here if need be!!! Also, I don’t have insurance right now and they’re the only one or one of the few that have the Covid provider plan or whatever where it’s free to see a doctor! Thank you again AllSouth team!!! 🙂
