If I am to be honest, I would have to give this company a mediocre review. HOWEVER let me tell you about the unprofessional, untrained and downright disrespectful staff that is Rebecca T. l have been in similar programs for over 10 years+ and never have I ever had the displeasure of meeting such a awful and disrespectful staff. Based on our past conversations, I have been lead to believe she had no respect towards me or my future goals in life. Above all, her truly inconsiderate behavior without doubt is one of the reasons why my mental health hospitalization had to be prolonged and the comments she had made still affect me on a daily basis. In short. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior for any mental health professional. I truly hope she Learns how to handle her profession in a more appropriate manner. Please do better

Horrible, they treat you super bad, I put my daughter here for ABA therapies and they called me and asked me about my availability and then told me that they don't have any therapist asking for more work hours in my area that they can't provide services to my daughter that It is better that I call the insurance company so that they look for another company. The coordinator named Evelyn was quite rude and zero friendly. Before that, my daughter had already been a client of this company when it was called Howard Chudler & Associates for about 7 years and they always gave my good service until they sold the company and the truth is that nothing remains of what was the truth before, now it is not I recommend it.

I've been with HCA for about 4 years everything was going so good but ever since covid hit that haven't even tried to help me find someone come in home. his original therapist is to afraid to come in my home due to the virus and I respect that but seriously come on now my son needs help!!! its ridiculous. I been asking for someone to come in my home for about 6 months and they said they can't find someone... so I plan on leaving in a few weeks.

WOW.....I am still in shock at how YANNICK ESPINOZA spoke to me. YANNICK was the most unprofessional person I have EVER spoken to. His last words to me were, "we're getting sick of you too, bye, bye". He was condescending, rude and lied to me. After 2 weeks of waiting for the company to contact me, I began calling them and leaving messages.....for ONE MONTH. So now it's 6 weeks since my child has received services so I contacted my services coordinator at Regional Center. SHE called the company to find out what was going on and THEN I get a call from Yannick. I had explained about how my son has missed out on hours and his statement was THAT THE HOURS WOULD BE MADE UP BY THE COMPANY BECAUSE THE COMPANY DROPPED THE BALL. The new therapist came and she was very nice.....but .she's called out at least 3 times since she started in October. She informed me that YANNICK said that when the "review" time came for Regional Center, instead of submitting the review in say, February, it would be pushed back a month instead....THAT IS NOT MAKING UP HOURS....THAT IS PUSHING BACK A DEADLINE WITH REGIONAL CENTER. YANNICK LIED TO ME ABOUT MAKING UP HOURS. I let it go because I was just happy my son was getting services. My daughter , an RBT, is visiting for the holidays and I asked her to listen in and maybe give some pointers on getting through to my son....on the last session, the therapist had introduced a puzzle to my son. I had thought it was a little advanced, but since she is the expert, and it was just 1 row of a puzzle, I let it go. Now, fast forward to today...the entire time was spent on a 26 piece puzzle....I was doing the hand over hand, just so my son would feel successful....my son was very unresponsive and so my daughter stepped in and tried giving her some pointers and quizzed her on why no other activities were introduced, after going back an forth, the therapist agreed that it WAS too difficult of a task to give to my son. During the interaction between her and my daughter, the therapist was TEXTING....I'm assuming her supervisor....She was unreceptive to suggestions to what DOES work on my son and techniques the prior therapist implemented. We discussed her returning the following day. I informed her I would not be in the session because I had an appointment and so it would just be her and my daughter in the session. Within 10 minutes of her leaving, YANNICK calls me. He immediately explained how educated he is and the therapist are and would not let me complete a sentence. I had to raise my voice and ask him to stop interrupting me so I could finish my experience. His response was that those techniques were not permitted in the state of CA....then I explained to him that the prior therapist enacted those techniques and they WORKED....his response was, "well, maybe she had the relationship with your son to implement that technique"Now, if they aren't "allowed" in CA, why is it ok for 1 therapist to do it and not the new one?...His responses were more and more condescending as though me, I didn't know what was best for my child and that his sister had no place to give pointers on what worked for her, and to question the therapist on why such a hard task was expected of my child. When he told me that the therapist would NOT service my child the following day, it was the last straw for me. In the short 3 months of "service", I'd been LIED TO, CANCELLED ON, SHE WAS LATE MOST OF THE TIME, and I feel she never stayed the full 2 hours she was supposed to stay, I started to tell him, "you know, I'm really sick of your company".....Then he INTERRUPTED me and stated, "well, you know what, we're sick of you, BYE, BYE". I mimicked his sarcastic "BYE-BYE" and he hung up.....now.....if a person has ALL THAT EDUCATION, shouldnt' he know how to deal with an unhappy parent? this is all google will allow me to post...or there'd be more!

A company does as much as they can to help a family. If families are not putting in their part into the therapies then the company cannot do much for them. Overall, this company is awesome, attentive and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of professional help for a loved one. 👍🏼
