The staff went out of their way to ensure my son had the electric wheelchair he needed even in the face of impossible insurance debacle!!! Mackenzie is THE BEST EVER!!!

I've used other local dme companies for chairs and supplies, and they were all crooks and dishonest. I had given up after a two year long struggle to get my son a chair that would fit his body.

Their chair specialist talked to my son directly and took all his concerns into consideration.

The chair is more than I could have ever hoped for. Their customer service was above and beyond exceptional. Their staff well educated in wheelchair dynamics and super super friendly.

If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!

I wouldn't even give alpha a star if I had my choice. I ve been waiting on a CPAP machine since September. And still have not received it. I had called to see if it was ready and went to pick it up and was told in person it wasn't ready. The staff at the herrin store really needs to get their act together on the CPAP machine. I was also I formed that the machine that was supposed to be for me was given to someone else under my insurance. I have to call them just to see what was going on. I was told that they would be calling for an appointment but haven't heard anything back from them. Alpha medical equipment will not get my business ever again. My CPAP was approved thru my insurance in September and now it s October and I still have not received it .

I am the Director of Marketing for Heritage Woods of Benton. I want to say how accommodating Alpha Home Healthcare is to our Residents with any of their medical equipment or supplies they need. I would also like to give a big shout out to their Breast Care Specialist, Lesa. She did an amazing presentation for our residents and offered personalized service for those that had previously had breast cancer to let them know what services and products their insurance would cover free of charge annually! She gave each a customized/personal fitting and made them feel comfortable and confident in her services. This company offers both top notch products and staff! Definitely recommend!!

Best place for Cpap supplies, wheel chairs, ramps, and more. Never met such a wonderful group of kind hearted people who get the job done. Will most definitely be staying with them for my supplies for many years to come. They are also the only people that allow me to RENT a Ramp. Have not found any other place that does that. Good job Alpha

I have been getting my cpap and supplies with Alpha for some years now. I've never liked that they will not ship supplies. My last order they did not replace my water tank. I was told they no longer make them for my machine. A week later I saw the recall on Facebook. I called and asked them if my machine was on recall and that's why I cant get parts. They assured me that my machine was not on recall! Well I called Phillip's and was advised not only was mymachine on recall but to stop using it immediately. Will no longer be using Alpha.

The staff treated me as an inconvenience, indicating they did not have time to retrieve a file previously submitted to them. The delay in approaching the front desk left the impression that the more pressing issue was the need to return to a conversation in the office with a peer.

Awful experience. I feel For the folks who don't know that there's a better way to get your wheelchair needs. I notice that they don't reply to bad reviews.
