Rented a wheelchair late in the day for one month, used it once to a doctor's appointment, and returned it two days later because the brakes would not hold and the foot rests would not stay up so that my husband nearly tripped over the foot rests when getting out of the wheelchair. I asked for a partial refund (perhaps prorated for the time I had it and spent $99 for one month), and they refused. Really? I gave them a $150 deposit which they returned. I would never step foot in this place again if that's the way they do business. Horrible customer service! Gave them one star because I couldn't post with zero stars.

Wonderful customer service!! I needed to track down a nebulizer for my infant son and they are harder to track down these days (I didn't want to online order, wanted to pick up asap) but Alpha was one of the first places I called and had several options in stock that I could pick up that day. Staff were so friendly and took out all of the fun-shaped nebulizers for us to see, and provided info for insurance also. As a healthcare provider, I would absolutely refer patients to use this store and would personally go back any time to support a local business vs online order!
