Doctor Virk is truly an excellent doctor.
No nonsense and it doesn't give half of the treatments.
I am a patient at UCD.
Doctor Virk blows them out of the water.
He is definitely my #1 Doctor!!
Don't even try to pull the wool over his eyes.
For something you don't need.

I just had the best experience here that I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care facility. The staff was SO helpful and nice from the first day I called to the time I left the office after my appointment. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, especially after running into an issue with picking up my prescription through my insurance. They made the experience 100x easier than it could’ve been and saved me so much time in my day. The doctor stated that his patients are “like family” and I truly felt that way with their level of care. I will never go to another facility!

I was looking to have the PCR Covid test done, which I was told on the phone would be $90 because they do not take (or my?) insurance. Ashley was the only one there, so it was a bit of a wait, but I know this is the nature of urgent care facilities.
When she was getting ready to help me, she realized that I was requesting the Covid test that is sent to the lab, and she told me they do not have it. She immediately called another urgent care, asked them if they have the PCR test, and if they would take my insurance. She was SO NICE and helpful! She gave me the address, and I left a happy camper. Thank you Ashely!!!

Total waste of time, terrible treatment. The doctor straight up lied to my face that they couldn't refill a prescription both primary care and urgent care doctors have refilled before. I guess they would rather lie than be honest about just not wanting to refill common prescriptions? I had just run out of birth control, it takes 5 minutes to write the prescription. There was no reason for the disrespectful treatment. Think twice before coming here, you'll get to the door and then they will just lie to you.

Staff is so so kind!! I have kaiser and the nurse was SO kind on the phone when i asked about insurances and the doctor saw me very quick, made sure i was super informed. thank you so so much!!! incredible people incredible service!

I needed to get seen because my PCP had no appointments available so I needed some urgent attention. Stopped by around 4pm. The place is small but cozy, staff are AMAZING. Definitely felt cared for. The young lady who roomed me was very professional and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable when I shared my concerns. I had to get an X-ray, and the X-ray tech was very helpful and definitely knew what he was doing. The doctor was very friendly and he even speaks Spanish as well which is a plus. I absolutely recommend to friends/ family and anyone reading this.

Rude people and very rude doctor. Never go their!! He will steal your money and will not treat you. They only give over the counter medication and charge you lots of money just for 30 mins. I’ll rather go on Google and find the best medication for me, and that’s it!! Why would I pay someone to do that for me
