My appointment "only" started 20 minutes late. But after the nurse checks your vitals there's a second waiting room for a longer wait.

They charge a "fee" for lab tests. This is separate from whatever they bill your insurance or Copay you have. It's on the wall, but they don't tell you when you book the appointment or at any point you're waiting.

The doctor wasn't physically there. I know nurses can do the job but again, not stated up front. I actually only found out because I had to declare my PCP as someone I didn't meet.

As someone who only speaks English I didn't feel the nurse acting as my main physician was bilingual enough to understand and be understood as I was giving my medical history.

Absolutely fantastic experience at this doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile and handled all the paperwork swiftly. The office itself is clean, organized, and has a calming atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would put 0 stars If I could , never going there again due to the horrible customer service I received by the young Receptionist and the way they manage their facility. The young lady is Rude & completely unprofessional. Since the moment I walked in her demeanor seems like she hates her job & doesn’t want to be there . I called 2 days ago to make an appointment & the young lady never asked me questions or the reason for the drs. Visit . I work in the medical field every Drs. Office ask questions before booking appointments to know if they can provide a service for you . instead I wasn’t asked anything she made the appointment. & when I got to my appointment I was told I wouldn’t be able to be seen Bcs I was pregnant . Mind you last year wasn’t a problem I was pregnant & still seen by a Dr. for the exact same thing. Instead of wasting a persons time , gas & money. Because I was still charged a $30 copay without her telling me first I wasn’t going to be seen. When you book appts do your job & ask questions. And yet she tells me it’s my fault for wasting my time. Your RECEPTIONIST need better training you don’t talk to a patient coming to you for help and telling them it’s their fault not yours . There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!! AND FYI if your not seen in A year apparently you have no primary Dr anymore . Ridiculous! I can go 2 years without seeing my Dr and I will still be seen & provided with the care & service I need. If you want a horrible service by all means this is the place to go

I don't understand how this place has so many good reviews, because I've never dealt with a less competent medical provider. On my first visit I had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I could see the doctor, and because nobody had told me to fast or anything in advance they couldn't even do anything. Because of my insurance, every visit beyond that cost $50. For my follow-up for the blood work they got my appointment time wrong three times, and it was again an hour past my scheduled appointment before the doctor called me. Then I had to try to get a prescription filled. Again, I had to pay $50. I never even talked to the doctor despite paying this fee. Through the receptionist who I could barely understand he refused twice to refill the script until I could finally get someone to explain to him that it wasn't for a controlled substance. It took another three calls before I got confirmation that the script had been sent. I went to pick it up the next day and apparently nobody even read my intake paperwork or listened to me when I explained the what I needed over the phone, because it was for the wrong dosage. I guess I should be glad they even got the medication right. I will never use this office again!
