Now I have Medicaid....I'm not trying to complain about free healthcare...maybe it's healthcare in general cuz I've seen some bad Drs but this place makes me WANT to leave a 0 star review...and I don't complain!
I've seen a different Dr everytime cuz they can't keep Drs in that place, one of the nurses never put the BP cuff where it's supposed to go, half of them won't even speak English to me, they never call me back, script faxes/referrals NEVER went thru (i had to hand deliever every single one of them for a yr and i have a fused spine AND the most infuriating thing of all nearly EVERY time I walked in there the lady would say "u no have appt today"!
The last straw was finding out I needed them for a referral. It would have taken too long to find a new dr so I could get my cervical cancer rechecked. ALL I NEEDED was a referral to OB. This time the famous line changed: "Ur not in our system". What they didn't know was I've done this enough times, I prepared for that. The day before my appt, I gave my insurance everything they needed for this place to be my dr. On their end it showed them as my dr. She was LYING! AS SOON as she heard I was on the line with Sunshine she magically goes "oh here u are but..." I paid attention to the woman on the phone who knew what she was doing after that. She told me it would be active for today. I sat there and waited for an ENTIRE HR 3-4 HRS TOTAL just for her to go "we need to get approval from the (whatever) so u can't be seen today". She's lucky I'm not a Karen cuz I felt like being born a Karen that day. I looked at her like I look at my son when he misbehaves and said quietly thru gritted teeth. "Give me my paperwork..RIGHT NOW."
"Oh but we can get u in..."
"HAHAHHAHAH SO I CAN SIT HERE ANOTHER 3 HRS AND WASTE MY TIME? GIVE ME. MY PAPERWORK. NOW!"
Paperwork that, btw, they were supposed to call me when it was ready. It's a miracle they even managed my paperwork! It was 2 yrs late btw. I tried their corporate number, to file a complaint but of course no one answered the 5 times I tried so now I'm here. Hoping I can save at least one person from this place. Although, walking in, it looks like everyone's content to just sit around and talk..i wonder how many times that a dr disreguarded something I said with "oh that's nothing" without so much as a glance. I told A new dr that the other dr ordered cardio and labs. She made an excuse for the cardio referral but got me right in for labs. (That's the only thing I love about that place: labs, in office!) Oh and a 5 sec EKG where "everything looked good." MAAM IT TOOK U LONGER TO PUT THE STICKERS ON! How can u know anything in 5 seconds?!". Just run! Go to the health dept! Wait there for 3 hrs and save urself the stress from this place cuz every dr has a diff opinion and it's always a new dr. Yeah I had some no-shows I'm not proud of but again, they never called to cancel or remind...and my only excuse is ADHD...I'm relieved to be away from them and I'm sure they feel the same about me.

My mother and I came here for an appointment for my mother when we were finished they asked us if we were hungry and they gave us a hot sandwich and coffee and juice. Everyone has been wonderful. The best place I could find for my mother thank God! Lauri at reception wow thank you very much, she is kind, professional, patient and helped us so that my mother did not miss her appointment. The girls who do the excellent laboratories, Doctor Rivera is super excellent, he takes his time with the patient, very professional, thank you! The place in general is super clean and everyone is very friendly. Thank you!
