I’m gonna continue too come here every time and there so fast with everything like they truly respect your time and they put alot of effort in the things they do! Visited clinic 9/4/24. The lobby was full and only 1 provider was on-site to see patients. The staff was very friendly and made every effort for each patient to be seen as soon as possible, with my wait time being approximately 45 minutes. I was seen and treated by CRNP Shelby Smith. I just cannot adequately express how attentive and thorough she was in addressing my issues and formulating a plan for treatment. I felt like her knowledge and experiences contributed significantly to the level of care that I received, and that she is definitely well-suited for her profession. Words like excellent, courteous, kind, attentive, professional, and dedication come to mind when attempting to describe Shelby's attributes, both personally and professionally.
Five stars fall short.

My only negative comment relates to the (digital) sign-in process where copies (photographs) of drivers license and insurance cards are required. It appears from the input screen that the "camera" icon can be tapped and that the image will download to the appropriate field, which it will not. Rather, the patient must snap a photo from their phone, download the photo to a "file" on their phone, then import the photos using the "files" icon to the digital information form. This process is confusing and intimidating to older and less-digitally savvy patients.

I’ve been to this urgent care twice. Once for my son and once for myself. Both times have been great. The staff here is awesome. They really listen and care. I have to drive past two other urgent cares to go to this one and I will do that any time I need care because they really are the best I’ve been to. 10/10 would recommend everytime!

You really should find nicer more polite receptionist. I was able to get in quickly unlike other times when they told me it would take five hours for someone to see me. The nurse and the nurse practitioner who saw me in the back were incredibly nice and go to them again!

I visited for urgent care services. Online the system allows for adding yourself to the queue & registering ahead of your estimated time to be seen. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick & easy. Wait time to be called back & then subsequently seen was reasonable. The staff were all extremely helpful & nice. I highly recommend this clinic.

My overall visit to your facility was good. I did have to wait a pretty long time but part of it was that I had to have an x-ray and that took extra long. The ladies in the front office were not super friendly. They were just OK but the ladies in the back were super nice. The intake nurse was nice. The lady that did The x-ray was nice and the lady that wrapped my arm was very nice as well.

Honestly, I use SOLV a lot when I need an appointment, but I usually book with Urgent Care. But AFC opened sooner the next day, so I went with them. I am glad I did. I booked an appointment the night before using the SOLV app; once I arrived, I was taken back within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time and was seen by the doctor within a matter of minutes. Luckily the app allows me to complete all necessary paperwork prior to arriving so all I have to do is pay the copay! The doc was WONDERFUL! She didn't try to shove a bunch of medicine down me and push me out the door like most docs do; she truly talked to me about her method of treatment would benefit me. I appreciated her views on treating the issues, not the "assumptions" of what may be wrong. I will definitely be using this AFC again!

I visited here a few weeks ago and let me tell you how awesome Shannon and Dr. Gafford were! Both were so friendly and yet professional and made me feel so comfortable that it wasn't even like a doctor's visit at all. I would highly recommend this facility! Atmosphere is awesome and is also super clean. Thank you, Shannon and Dr. Gafford! Highly recommend!
