I was very impressed with the staff and the facility. Everyone was polite and helpful. Listened and followed through on my needs. The stay was short with matters taken care of. The staff frequent presence to inform and check on me was phenomenal. The NP as well as technician came to the exam room at-least twice to keep me posted. I shared my experience with a friend and stated that is where she will go in the future. This type of care to help us as your customer is highly appreciated.

From check in, to the triage nurse, the lab tech and the NP, the care I received was top notch. They listened and heard what I needed and delivered; they even offered advice of other things I could do. They treated me with so much respect and their caring way is so appreciated.

They were wonderful! If I could give them ten stars I would!! They saw me on my lunch break and were very quick but very thorough. They knew I didn’t have time to wait on the results, so they called me with the information. Great experience. I would highly recommend them! Thank u AFC!!

Finally gave me the right medication for my eyes after they were watering for three months! First doctor I went to kept prescribing me allergy medicine. Finally went to this AFC and they gave me an ointment that cleared my eyes in three days. I thought I would never be able to see the same again! So happy for their help. Thanks so much.

American family care was recommended to me by my mom and let’s just say I wish I had come in sooner. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. They answer any questions you may have. I will be coming here from now on. Check-in was smooth and fast I was seen within an hour of checking in. They are really affordable and they're open 7 days a week!

Great experience...I came in and was informed by the desk clerk that there were many people in front of me. I was OK with that because I had nasal pressure and a ear ache. Didn't sit long before Mirical called me to the back. Pleasant greeting. Assessment done because I didn't want to be sitting around coughing and sneezing...lol. Into the room I went. I wish I wrote down names because they were ALL really nice and pleasant. From the young lady that test me for COVID, Flu, and Strep Throat. The doctor that examine me, she is awesome. Thank you again for the WORD of encouragement. The nurse that administer my shot...he was great. Amazed, because they work around contagious people all day and it was late in the evening. WOW! Thank you EVERYONE!

I have been to this same location several times over 4 years. Especially in 2020. Today I had to fill out my 3rd patient info form since 2020. Not sure why they change their system so many times. And as usual it took forever for them to call me back. Always does no matter how many people are in the lobby. It’s not much better than a hospital ED.
Girl behind desk made good eye contact and smiled as she listened and spoke. The staff in back not so much. I felt like I was an inconvenience to them showing up today.
About 4-6 months ago I had this to say: The girl/technician/nurse/ whoever, was going to give my vaccination in lower arm not Deltoid muscle. That would have been a lawsuit We need to talk!
