This is the first time I have ever left anything less than a 5 star review on Google, but since you asked, I will let you know the truth. This was the biggest waste of time. We arrived at 8:47 waited for an hour. We only had 1 person in front of us. She said she had been waiting for 45 minutes. I went in with a foot pain that I have dealt with for weeks to the point I could not put any weight on it the night before. The CRNP came in and apologized for the wait. She took my sock off and just looked at it and said it doesn’t look like gout. After x-rays, she comes in to say the X-rays show nothing, so oh well- see ya. She never discussed the X-rays or pull them out to show us. She literally handed us paper copies and dismissed us. When I asked about her thoughts she just said, “I guess you can try cortisone shots it you want.” She never asked questions about anything. NOT ONE SINGLE QUESTION. You would think there would be questions about my lifestyle and activities that may cause the pain or how long I have had the pain. She never asked. My husband and I were amazed at the lack of concern. Your mission statement reads “To provide the best healthcare possible, in a kind and caring environment, while respecting the rights of all patients, in an economical manner, at times and locations convenient to the patient.” They failed. We walked out at 10:47 with an copies of X-rays and Not a single question much less discussion from the CRNP. When I share my disgust with the situation she just said, “I removed your sock to check for gout”. She didn’t give paperwork for our visit or suggest ice or heat or Advil or anything. NOTHING. Very disappointing. We will not return.

I went to AFC for my DOT physical. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was seen in a reasonable amount time and completed my physical with out any issues. A big thank you to the entire staff.

My experience was great! I did have an extended wait time. However, the app, Solv, made it easier because it showed I had 7 people in front of me. That makes the wait completely understandable. Once I made it to the back it was QUICK and EASY. The staff was amazing!!! Great Job Everyone!!

Quick and efficient check-in by a very kind staff! By far the easiest urgent care visit I've ever had. They had me in and out within an hour and were very kind and compassionate. Shout out to Torie Gaines & Dr. Joneice Morgan! Thank you for being so sweet and quick! I hope I don't have to come back anytime soon but if I do I'll be back to the grove location. Thanks again to the whole team!

I received professional service from AFC the sign in process was a little lengthy but other than that I was very please with my visit. The Doctor took the time to listen to me and together we were able to determine what the problem was and I was treated and released. The nurse was kind and patient even though they were short staffed I was pleased.

I walked into AFC on Labor Day morning, saw the doctor, diagnosed, prescription called in and was out in less than an hour. Everyone was professional and nice—they know you don’t feel well and treat you gently. I highly recommend them, but hope I don’t have to go back! If necessary, I will, though, and not be worried about getting good care.

I've gone to several Urgent Care facilities. The doctor asked what bring me there today. He listen to me and examined me.
Medications were discussed for me. The doctor return later, giving me a copy of his summary of my visit. I will return whenever I'm not feeling well. This was outstanding. MUST try!

Registered online. Showed up 5 minutes early for my appt. Was taken back on time. Triage nurse, PA and attending nurse were awesome. Took my concerns seriously, discussed treatment options and got me in and out in less than 40 minutes. Was feeling much better within 3 hours. Thank you AFC Urgent Care - The Grove!
