I’m sure it’s a great place to go if you have 5 hours to spend the day, actually almost five and a half. We were quoted a 3h wait and easily spent that in the waiting room. Got into a room and tested and spent another 1.5h waiting for the results before even seeing a NP. I’ve never in my life been at an AFC that operates this slow.

The appt was awful.. Duck rushed the appointment. She did not try to figure out what was wrong. Said that all the test results were negative. Gave me a shot for my headache. Prescribed meds, but for what? My blood pressure was elevated, she did not say anything about it. Told me to open my mouth to check my throat and asked when did I get my tonsils out, I told her that I haven’t and she said well I didn’t see any in there, did not go back and check or anything. Just sent me on my way. This visit was absolutely the worst! And I am still very sick.

I experienced a lack of professionalism I would even say rudeness from the front desk staff, particularly with Lee Ann, both in-person and over the phone. This was disappointing, as it impacted the overall experience. However, once I was seen by Nurse and Dr. V. Broadhurst, I received excellent care. They were both kind, attentive, and thorough in addressing my medical needs.

Great Experience, everyone was willing to assist in any way needed. Receptionist very polite, and courteous. Once in the back nurses were very professional, and would answer all questions, and assist in anyway possible. Would recommend friends, and family without "Hesitation"! Testing for illnesses was quick, and the Dr was very instrumental in explaining the results, and give the best professional information to ensure best results.

Absolutely will not recommend. Why bother when “booking ahead to save a space” still means a 3+ hour wait (45 mins in lobby, 2+ hrs in exam room)? For this particular visit, 1 person had booked ahead of me, with 3 walk ins. Definitely no sense of urgency or concern from staff members.

The care you receive is beyond exceptional! There may be a wait but it most definitely beats the alternative of the ER. Everyone is professional, caring and understanding. They verify who you are and explain everything they are doing leaving no questions. This urgent care, both locations, is a top notch medical facility with a very caring and efficient staff! Wait time was terrible! My appointment was at 12:30 I checked in at 12:24 and waited in the waiting room for about 10 minutes which wasn’t bad but once I did my urine sample I had to go in a room and waited almost 2 hours and i eventually got up and had to leave because my daughter had to be picked up from school at 2:00. And when I went to speak with the receptionist before leaving she informed me that I still had 2 other people waiting in front of me to be seen. What is the point of scheduling an appointment and not be seen at that time
