FROM TAKING A MERE PHONE CALL TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO BEING THERE IN PERSON. I CANT BELEIVE PEOPLE COME HERE. PERSONNEL SHOULD EITHER GET RETRAINED OR GET FIRED AND GET NEW EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PATIENTS BY TREATING THEM AS ACTUAL HUMANS AND NOT LIKE A SACK OF HUMAN FECES

Dr. Carmen Duarte is a very professional Physician and extremely personable, giving me the best advice and is always there for her patients, she takes the time to explain things and answers any questions you may have. I have brought my father, mother and my self to see her. I highly recommend her!! Wait time is sometimes a bit long but not too bad. It’s like that in every office! I understand that. I would rather wait and be seen by a doctor who takes their time to see their patients.

I have been going to this office for several years and it’s just gets worse and worse. Appts are never on time and you wait for 2 hours to be seen. CD is the rudest physician I’ve ever come across. I was scolded by her for calling about a medication that needed a PA. Three weeks. God forbid it was like a heart or seizure medication. The office staff and some MA’s are rude and the girl who drew my blood hurt me to bad. I’m done.

The worst service, none of the Dr's there care about you. DR GUSTAVO is the worst. The front desk treat you like trash,especially if you don't speak English. They treat very bad elder people. They see us as merchandise. Please look for some other alternatives. I stopped going there. No mas.

practice is absolutely horrible!!! Front office rarely answer the phones, they don’t do their job with sending referrals and important paperwork. They don’t give the doctors the messages from their patients and there’s no communication throughout the place. I’ve spoken to the office manager and there was still nothing done or improved. When I told them I was going to report them my primary care physician Dr. Carmen gave me her direct phone number and told me to reach out to her about anything I was needing or going through so I didn’t have to deal with front office or back office, I started to do that and it seemed to be going pretty well that way, my things I need faxed over to other doctors and to social security we’re getting done right then and there. For some reason Dr. Carmen didn’t want me reaching out to her anymore and had the audacity to call me and tell me that I shouldn’t be texting her to get things done and that was the last time I should use her number. In my opinion she only gave me her number from the beginning so that I wouldn’t report them or turn them in, because at first when I explained everything that I was dealing with she was oh so apologetic and in a rush to give me her number and tell me to use it to communicate with her now all of a sudden things has changed. Front office and back office still don’t do there jobs, you have to wait hours after your original appointment time to be seen, and they’re just still very unprofessional!! They aren’t even worth the one star that I gave but it’s the only way I can post my review!

I have no idea about their actual service of qualify of doctors, but they sure have no idea what they are doing from an admin perspective. I keep receiving messages for appointment confirmations for someone named Manuel. I've called repeatedly to inform them about the fact that this Manuel individual seemingly has appointments with a Dr. Gustavo and has the incorrect phone number (my phone number) on his file, and it is very clear the person on the other end of the phone is highly incompetent and simply can't figure out how to search for this person's account details by either appointment date and time or phone number.

I've finally unsubscribe (opted out via SMS code) and will just start canceling appointments for this individual if I continue to receive messages and links regarding their appointments and healthcare.
