A great company to work with. They are thorough, make sure the product you buy works and is what you need and are proactive in making sure delivery is well coordinated. They are an extremely trustworthy group. I highly recommend AIE for your used/refurbished equipment needs. Their representative M is super terrific and keeps everything going. We had an issue getting a product delivered because of miscommunication and it was a Friday, and on top of that our elevators were broken. M found a way to make it work and get a group our to get our equipment delivered late on a Friday and it all worked out perfectly. And she updated us in their system so it wouldn't happen again in the future. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Innovative Diagnostics has been working with American Instrument Exchange for months and we are very pleased with our service. I was in a pinch and needed several incubators delivered to my laboratories with very short notice.. American Instrument Exchange was able to provide 6 incubators in a short period of time, and confirmed they were in excellent working condition before sending. The customer service is excellent. I'm going back for some laminar flow hoods now. I highly recommend them.

American Instrument Exchange has excellent customer service. We Received a damaged unit from FedEX, fault of the shipper, and they were very quick to respond and handled it completely for me. They are wonderful, will defiantly use them again.
