We were on a road trip, and had an emergency situation, requiring additional portable O2. Jacob did an amazing job of expeditiously contacting our homebase Rotech supplier, and getting authorization to supply us with additional O2 for our trip.

Mr Jesse Yang was excellent, extremely professional, and very helpful when he came to check my oxygen machine. He was very efficient and gave me a minor troubleshooting chart if my machine starts having issues. This was extremely helpful letting me know exactly what issues I need to call the company about, and which ones I could take care of myself with the chart. I'm very happy with the service.

After my injury, I was holed up at PAM rehab. When they cut me loose, I worked with American Medical for necessary hardware (wheelchair, walker, etc). Wheelchair was rented and other gear purchased.
About a month in, and I no longer need the wheelchair. Called and spoke with friendly staff.
Took the wheelchair to American Medical (was told they could pick it up if I wanted), and had a bunch of help getting it in the door (I’m on crutches at the moment).
Painless transfer of the wheelchair back to American Medical.

No real issues.

I think American Medical is the best provider in Tulsa area. One provider is not even have any RT people. Only one they have floats between Tulsa and Oklahoma City if you need services you're out of luck until they bring their happy self back to Tulsa. One is affiliated with a local hospital has terrible service. These two that I mentioned are having a race is he who can provide the worst service. There's another service that's not bad but I choose American Medical because the quality of service that I get here. Anthony the RT person I have had two interactions with him personally and one on the phone. He is a professional in his own right. But other than being professional in his business and knowing what to do he is a problem solver. There's not words to express what a wonderful employee you have and Anthony. The only thing I could suggest that you do with him is to give him a raise. He took my measurements and then brought a mask and so this is the one that I would recommend for you. If you don't like it we'll find one that you do like. The one he recommended was the most awesome mask that I have ever used over 15 years of CPAP. Anthony and not only set my machine up in seconds and showed me about what I needed to know but also offered that if I need any help with this new machine to feel free to give him a call. He's all about service. When you're in his care he makes you feel like you're the most important person in the world. And you know that he is dealt with many other patients on this particular then just me and I'm sure that all these other people that felt the same way that they are the most important person that day. American Medical is endorsed by the sleep apnea staff at the Oklahoma Heart Institute. American Medical is the only provider that I ever heard them discuss or talk about. If a company can get an endorsement from a company like Oklahoma Heart Institute that is saying something itself. Anthony is familiar with my nurse at Oklahoma Heart. I was real impressed because I could not remember her last name. But Anthony knew it. When I called I was trying to clear up some confusion with my order Anthony was extremely helpful he understood my comments and said that he would work to expedite my order. I met him on a previous occasion when my doctor's office refused to just my machine. He did not have my machine 60 Seconds and then told me to try it. It was calibrated perfect. From the service I've always received for American Medical I will definitely refer this company to anyone needing services
