I had a last minute emergency that required immediate attention and these guys handled it to perfection! Carrie knew exactly what I needed and jumped through hoops in order to get my stuff delivered and set up right away! I can't thank these guys enough. Extremely stressful moving my elderly Mom into my home, but Carrie and the crew took charge, came through for me, and immediately eliminated one of the biggest stressors I was up against. These guys are the real deal!!

I was beyond pleased with the customer service and the staff at this location! They were extremely helpful and very friendly! The moment we walked in they greeted us and were very attentive.

Also, I was confused about the process of receiving certain products with insurance, and I had a lot of questions about the different equipment needed for my grandma. The ladies in there really helped us sort it all out and I couldn’t be more thankful for their help with everything! They really made the whole process a lot easier.

I had the distinct privilege to meet and work with Angie Bailey when I needed to purchase CPAP supplies. She met me at a convenient store nearest me to fit me with a mask. My equipment was discontinued and she brought several options to try. She made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. It is because of her I will return to purchase more supplies. I am new to having Sleep Apnea and needed to find a place that took my insurance and thankfully American Medical took mine. I had set up an appointment to meet with their Respiratory Therapist which was only a couple days out. After meeting with Angie she took care of all my needs and set me up with my equipment the same day as my first appointment. She wasn’t there to sell me the most expensive equipment and helped point me in the right direction for my CPAP therapy. Also had to correspond by email and she always replied very quickly, usually same day. Hope to be doing business here for a while. Thank You.

My family first started going to American Medical in the 80's. I rarely post reviews, but I recently needed to find a local registered respiratory therapist and CPAP supplier, and finding who is local (when you call many "local" providers you get some national phone bank) and also responsive, is nearly impossible. I found Angie to be an excellent, knowledgeable, and responsive respiratory therapist, and gets extra bonus points for having the skill and patience to also be able to deal with the elderly demographic.

It is, actually, long overdue -- as I have received knowledgeable, thorough and friendly service consistently in recent years. I'd like to single out 2 individuals, in particular, for their outstanding service -- Angie and Destiny. Both of them have helped me with CPAP questions and supplies and have provided excellent advice and equipment. For CPAP supplies, this is the best spot I have found! I heartily recommend them.

Angie is the absolute best to work with, she's familiar with billing insurance and sends us low-pressure reminders via email for re-ordering available supplies and information regarding new products. AMS will ship or we can pick up at a local AMS location convenient to us. Everyone there is always polite and customer-friendly! We've been very pleased ordering supplies from American Medical, thanks to all and especially to Angie!

These people have no clue what they are doing and make up their own rules. They received a prescription good for a year, but say that their store only accepts them for up to six months. They will process an order one month for a mask, but then say it was an error and now won't process for another off same prescription. They CONSTANTLY lose prescriptions and leave you hanging for weeks while they request a copy from your doctor. You can NEVER get ahold of the ONE CPAP person, must be nice to work so little hours while your patients struggle to contact you for breathing supplies. Worst service EVER!
