Horrible customers service. Some staff members are really rude. Delivery guy couldn't care less if morning time delivery doesn't work for you (medical reasons is not convincing enough, as he only cares about the convenience of his routes schedule with the rest of his deliveries planned for his day). Moreover, he was completely wrong about the address and the crossing streets, but engaged himself into an argument about it with the person who actually lives at the address. The owner of this medical supply (Alex) is so cheap and overly business oriented that he will tell you all about his expenses associated with making profit on you from the money that your insurance company pays him, apparently in an effort for you to feel bad about his business. Give me a break, don't make a charity case of yourself, especially in front of people you're expected to be helping by the nature of your business, and being compensated by various medical insurance companies.
