I am a permanent colostomy patient. The owner, Mrs Karen and customer service guy Mike, were an absolute life saver last night! I was getting dressed to head out to be with family for the evening and realized I was completely out of a very important product for my medical care. Without it, I would not be able to leave my house. I called Mike and let him know. Not even 3 minutes later, the owner herself calls me to say that Mike will be bringing me what I need. Mind you, it is around 8pm in the evening and it's a 40 minute one way drive for him! They both kept me updated every step of the way. I'm just in awe at the level of GENUINE care and concern for her patients. Thank you Mrs Karen. Thank you Mike. 🥰🥰🥰❤️❤️❤️

I would give it a negative star rating if possible. Rob will not do his job . He is a liar and keeps saying he has done his job when it is easy to check and see that he has not. i.e. calling in the claim but the insurance company has never heard of such a claim. If you are even lucky enough to get him to call you back , ha that's a funny one ! I think it's been at least 2 months now my BF has been trying to get a new wheelchair . Rob knows the one he has in is great disrepair. Yet he blames everyone else for not doing their job as to why nothing is getting done. I feel like I'm dealing with a scam artist or one lazy you know what!

Great service on the phone with Brian, pd over the phone and was told to call when I arrived and the order would be brought out to me. I called and my order was brought out, no mask on, and had to get out and cross the lot to get my order. Was told I need to come to the door next time. I try to shop locally, I'll save the drive and order online next time.

American Medical has a very caring and friendly staff! They deliver the things needed and set them up for you! when finished with them they come pick them up! I would recommend them to everyone if u need them
