American Pet Clinic have thorough & friendly vets! We have went to a lot of vets and have left because they either can’t get vets, unfriendly service or price gouging. The vets did a nose to tail check on my puppy including vaccines & test, we came out $200. Everywhere else would have added things we didn’t need to get more money. I do think front desk needs to be a little friendlier. I just mean to show empathy for customers that come in with very ill animals. We witnessed a transaction that the front desk wasn’t being very kind to a lady where her dog was terminal and front desk was a little rude. Other than that AMAZING VETS and that’s what counts!!!

I took my cat Bruno on the 3rd of January for a hematoma in his right ear. I was not informed by the staff that they do not do surgeries there at that particular vet. I used to go to that veterinary clinic off and on until the main doctor transferred over to Carpenter road. they did a procedure on Bruno where they gave him medicine that cleaned out his ear. they told me that that should take care of his ear at the cost of $409. so now this morning I'm waiting until they open up at 9:00 to call back and ask them questions about my cat's ear. the ear is puffed up so I'm afraid that the year was not taken care of like it should have been. and then on top of that when I went in to pick him up I was notified that I owed an additional $11. they said that they had to put a medication in his other ear because it looked dirty. and I questioned them because on the initial estimate which they kept after I signed there was a $50 additional charge on that recover any other medications he might need during the procedure. and I asked if that was refundable and they told me yes.so when I mentioned it to the staff she said that she would have to go back and talk to the individual that did the procedure. she herself couldn't figure it out didn't know what to tell me. so another girl that works front desk came up and was tapping away at the computer and printed out another invoice which didn't have the $50 fee on it. and then told me I didn't owe anything. I still question her of where the balance of that would be and they told me that it wasn't in the computer they didn't see that charge. but when I hand it in the money and paid them before the procedure was done and they kept that invoice they should have supplied me with the original invoice. I was told that when I come to get him that it would be printed out for me. but instead I got a different invoice that what was originally presented to me. if it wasn't for the fact I couldn't get my cat in to see the vet on Carpenter road or even Crows landing road vet I would have waited I felt like I was ripped off and his fees are extremely high.

Been going here since early days of opening with Dr Basra and continued on with the changing of the guard after he sold. I trust them with my dogs. I have had 4 dogs go here. We have always had great care. I never feel like they are recommending cost that is not necessary. In fact, I have been told many times “we could do all these tests and charge you alot of money but I would rather try this first”. Josie and Remi’s mom recommends. 👍🏼

This is the best vet in the whole Central Valley. I do not trust anyone else with my dogs! The vets and staff here genuinely care about your pet and their well-being, it shows! Prices are always as low as they can be, they will never overcharge you. I had Dr. Harmanjit Singh and he was great and well knowledgeable. They provide many services and you can always trust them with surgery! Never had a bad experience! Thank you!

Had a great experience with the team here. Dr Singh helped with my Border Collie puppy all throughout vaccinations, spay treatment and was even available to answer any questions regarding any concerns. Clinic really provides a very friendly environment for the pets as they comfortable being there. I highly recommend anyone taking their puppy through Dr Singh as he will treat you like family!
