I needed some medical supplies for an outdoor activity and stopped in here on my way out of town. Previously I had shopped in Santa Monica, and there was absolutely no comparison. Great service, friendly, not crowded, knowledgeable and attentive, and reasonably priced. Super helpful too. I was trying to get sizing correct before buying in bulk online, but now I'm going to buy here

Love this place. Nima is extremely nice and patient. Both are very understanding and extremely helpful! Not only have they made sure I’ve had what I need to function better but Todd also has made sure the medical equipment I did need was right and adjust properly and showed me how to use the device correctly etc. They really have made my medical challenges a lot less stressful so thank you very much. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service!! Came in to purchase new sliders for a walker. They helped to install them but showed me how they were too worn down to connect. They happened to have the same walker in stock, so when I bought that, they included the sliders for free! They couldn't have been more helpful!!!

I went to American medical supply to get a price so that I could ski. Nima was incredibly efficient and helpful. Sold me a wraparound, hinged knee brace. I just got back from skiing two days and deer Valley and the brace was absolutely perfect.!! Gave me the support I needed for a torn meniscus… I had absolutely no pain skiing for two days straight. Fantastic, compassionate, helpful staff. Ordered supplies from them after my father's surgery and just recently rented a transport wheelchair from them so my father could attend my son's graduation. The rental product was in excellent condition, easy to reserve, fairly priced, they made pick up and drop off super convenient. Would highly recommend this place for all your medical supply purchase and rental needs!
